I made several changes before the day, but they were kind and caring and willing to work with me along the way. The pricing is fair and the final touches are perfect. I rented a canopy with Tri-color draping, chandelier, chairs, and cocktail tables with covers. The color of the draping matched perfectly with my son's school colors and we had so many compliments on the setup. Loved using the cocktail tables because it was a different type of mingling besides sitting for dinner. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their services again in the future.

I specifically needed circular tablecloths with a hole in the center for umbrellas, and they even had them in the pink and purple colors my child wanted. I was able to pick up and drop off the items myself, which made things much easier for me. Communication was very easy throughout the whole process, and Joel was great to work with. When I visited their store, I realized they had so many other party rentals too like chairs, tables, jumpers, lawn games, and more. I honestly wish I had ordered everything from them to make it a one-stop shop! The park where I had my child's birthday party required vendors with permits, so I used different vendors this time, but now I know for the next party. Highly recommend!

We had a recommendation for a party rental that I had been told was the lowest around but I reached out and that person never got back to me. So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! I was able to set up in advance which was a huge plus for me. They picked up the day after the party, giving plenty of time for us to clean up! We will definitely be recommending to friends!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL: POLITE & PROMPT…read more First off, the price for chairs and tables is reasonable, much cheaper than any other rental company in the IE. The price for delivery and set up is competitive too! I have to thank Junior for his patience in working with me. There was so much back-and-forth because of me. I kept changing things up on him because my vendors kept changing their minds. I felt bad, but he was polite and understood. I appreciate the flexibility. He followed up every so often, but not excessively. Ended up not using them because I ended up having enough, but was so happy I gave them a large tip for their time as thanks. I will be recommending this service to all the event organizers I know, friends, family, and fellow IE community members.

My experience with BeDazzle…read more I'm sharing this so others know what happened before paying in advance. My daughter paid for 50 chairs and had a specific date and time scheduled to pick them up. When she arrived, the business was closed. After I contacted them, we were told to come back because someone would be there. She drove 25 minutes back, and once again, the business was closed. She called several times but no one answered. I understand that BeDazzle's policy is that payments are non-refundable. However, because the business was closed during our scheduled pickup, the owner agreed to make an exception and refund the money. Unfortunately, we never received the refund. I'm simply sharing our experience so others can be aware and use caution when paying in advance.
