He asked me to fill out and submit a form, then call back the next week to make the appointment. I filled out the form, submitted it, and called multiple times the next week, leaving messages on her voice mail until I finally got through. Then, I was told she has not been accepting new patients for over a month. I did ask him why I was asked to fill out and submit a form. He simply brushed me off. I didn't take an attitude with him because I figured he isn't at fault. I am dealing with a lot and was hopeful that I could get much needed help. Instead, all I got was a month of frustration which has made things worse and no help on the way. My doctor is now looking for a different psychiatrist for me. I am certain Dr. Hayes is a fine psychiatrist, if her patients can actually contact her. My main reason for writing this - let your fellow physicians and prospective patients know you are not accepting new patients when they contact you. PLEASE.

You just keep calling day after day leaving messages, and never getting refills. I finally had to go into the office to talk to her and found it. It was an error on their part where they hadn't push the prescription through to her so she never filled it. She refused to call me and let me know that she couldn't fill my prescription so that we could get it straightened out. She said I just needed to know that there was a problem with my prescription, she doesn't have time to call people and tell them. Today I had to drive to their office because they have not answered the phone all day, it is rolling over to the answering service an hour before they close, and they never called in my lab work last week. I have been with them since April, and have had a problem getting my refill every single month.
