I reached out one evening after calling several fencing companies I found online, and no one could…read morecome out for weeks. Neighbors had started commenting on the fence, so I needed repairs done ASAP. This company responded immediately and said they could come out the very next morning. They worked around my schedule and provided a fair estimate upfront. When I asked how soon the work could be completed, they recognized the urgency and committed to getting me taken care of right away--even coming out on a Saturday. The fence looks great. Since it needs to be stained again, they also provided a very fair quote for pressure washing and staining, and we scheduled the work. Solid company, solid employees, and fair pricing. If you need any fencing work done, my experience has been fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

Do NOT hire NBDK Fence and Home Services (Owner: Deirdre Knight)…read more He came out to assess and repair my dual swing gate. The issue was clearly identified: six pickets (three on each side) needed to be replaced. "Simple job". However, after being told the work was "completed," I returned to find the repairs were either poorly done or not properly completed at all. He used ELECTRIC TAPE to hold the six new pickets in place, huge bolts leaving my fence compromised and installed a warped hinge for the arm to pull on. The workmanship was sloppy, rushed, and unacceptable. The pickets were not installed correctly, and the overall finish looked careless and unprofessional. It honestly raised serious concerns about the quality of anything this company touches. What's the purpose of using electric tape to hold a metal picket in place - while calling yourself and your so-called hobby something professional? What made matters worse was the complete lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership and correcting the issues properly, the situation turned into a frustrating back-and-forth that wasted my time. I paid for a repair and instead received more damage to my gate. At this point, I am reviewing quotes from actual professionals not through Thumbtack! Save yourself the headache and avoid this company altogether. Not worth one penny! UPDATE: Deidre has since reached out offering a refund if I remove my review. Dishonesty really drives this man and his unregistered entity. See photos. Still seeking a legitimate company to repair the damages he did to my gate.
