When he arrived he looked over my property and said he was looking forward to working with me. We discussed some of my concerns with what I've seen in other property management companies and he outlined the differences with his company. However, when he sent the contract many red flags were raised. I called and spoke with him regarding 1 particular issue and didn't hear from him again until I mentioned his lack of integrity and follow through in response to another Allsource employee attempting to contact me through yelp. Now he's even offered to reduce his monthly fee to regain my business. No thanks- I can see the signs this would have been a nightmare.
