They "ordered the part" and stated they expedited it. i have since found out that they just ordered the part to be delivered in their normal delivery once a week. The reason is it cost $$ to have it shipped faster. Would have been glad to pay for faster delivery. Also beware if they first start the phone conversation with the age of your unit or water heater, they will always try and sell you a new unit. Wish I knew this before.

But the noise just kept getting worse, and it is not coming from outside, it is coming from inside. At thanksgiving running the heater everyone kept asking what is wrong. So I don't run it, and staying warm with space heaters. Trying to get someone to come look at it now. like I said they were very nice people, but at 172.00 later it still is not fixed. don't know if I should call them. cause something is definitely wrong.
