Hey everyone, I wanted to share something really important. After my husband and I were in that…read moreterrible car accident, our world felt like it had been turned upside down. Dealing with our injuries and trying to figure out all the confusing legal stuff was completely overwhelming. Finding the right help felt impossible at first - we were just so stressed and lost. But then, we found Steven and his incredible team, and honestly, it felt like a huge weight was lifted. Hiring them was hands down the best decision we made during one of the toughest times of our lives. Right from our first chat, they jumped in and took charge. They handled absolutely everything - all the paperwork, gathering evidence, talking to doctors and insurance folks. It was such a relief because it meant we could actually focus on healing and getting back on our feet, instead of drowning in endless to-dos and worries. What really sets Steven apart, though, is his amazing blend of legal smarts and medical know-how. He actually has a background in chiropractic care! This was a game-changer for us. He didn't just understand the legal side; he totally got our medical situation. He'd break down all the confusing doctor talk into plain English, help us understand our injuries, and even guide us to the best treatments. It felt like we had a lawyer who was also a health advocate, which was crucial for both our recovery and building a really strong case. What felt like an impossible mess became a smoothly managed process thanks to their dedication. They were professional, incredibly strategic, and so understanding - truly the support we desperately needed. And in the end, they secured a fantastic outcome for us! Seriously, if you're ever in a personal injury situation and need someone who's not just a brilliant lawyer but also truly understands the medical side of things, you *have* to talk to Steven and his team. They are absolutely unparalleled, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They made an incredibly tough time so much more bearable, and for that, we're forever grateful.

Having just had my first experience as a plaintiff in a courtroom trial, I found it incredibly…read moregut-wrenching and stressful to say the least. At no other point in my life did I have so much at risk: my career, my reputation, a large sum of money and the integrity of our HOA were all on the line (the HOA is the mountain town of Lake Arrowhead which consists of nearly 10,000 properties). This was a huge event for any individual, and I could think of no other professional to have on my side than Greg Garrison. I had interviewed several attorneys prior to Greg. Some said I didn't have a case and others were off base on their analysis of the matter. Greg's acumen for the law and his processing of the evidence is amazing. His ability to effectively communicate with others, whether it be a witness off the street or a judge on the bench, makes him second to none. Additionally, his passion for the profession and dedication to his clients will show the very first time you meet him. Finally, Greg's trial preparation was efficient and methodical, and his grasp of technology allows him to maneuver much faster than other attorneys who are heavily dependent on staff and their schedules. The final and most important consideration you must take into account is the irony of a judicial trial - having the truth on your side does not guarantee victory. We did have the facts on our side, but we were up against a formidable team of three pit bull attorneys that did a superb job of attempting to confuse the judge and obfuscate the facts. At the end of the first day of trial, the judge had been confused after hearing from both sides, as the main piece of evidence of our case was a set of complicated bylaws. However, on the second and final day of trial, Greg's ability to convey the message in a simple and charismatic fashion to the judge secured our victory. I believe no other attorney(s) could reproduce the victory that Greg accomplished. By saying this, I mean that even if another attorney could have won the case, the cost would have been far greater because of the voluminous amounts of material that had to be synthesized for the trial. Simply put - you can't afford NOT to have him. I give Greg the highest recommendation possible and suggest that you retain him before your opposition does!

They made a bad situation worse. Run far away and fast…read more Their reviews seem fake. After being hit by a truck, I had some issues. I ended up losing my job and can no longer do the job, or many types of jobs, because of the injuries I sustained to my back. The guy had a claim cap that wouldn't even come close to the damage he caused. I was taught that I should be "made whole" by many. I didn't even end up with a year's worth of what I would've made if he had hit me. I was upset, Alicia didn't want to deal with me any more and pawned me off on her car salesman of a partner. He made me feel alone and crazy and his tactics to get me to settle were transparent and gross. They even added strange charges to the end of the bill. I feel that the entire process could've been handled better and that I would have been better off with a different lawyer, perhaps one who would actually work and fight for me. They should both be ashamed of themselves.
