I have been taking GOLO for 2.5 weeks and I've gained 2.5 pounds. A complete waste of A LOT of money.

A total rip-off... placebos! This crap doesn't work at all. Tried for two months and actually gained weight.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with GOLO. I had almost resigned myself to being overweight forever. Then I saw a commercial for GOLO. It wasn't that expensive and it was my last attempt to try to lose weight. I am 8 weeks in and have lost 21 lbs so far and 5" off my waist. I didn't take other measurements, but wish I had. I feel amazing! The support is great. This isn't a diet. It teaches you how to eat healthy. It's a sustainable life style. I am so thankful I found GOLO. read more

does not work --gained 5 pounds .. big hype .did not work for me ..on a good note they did return the balence after i called but useless

I got this product a couple of weeks ago and the website states you will see results immediately. I have followed the diet 100% and no results so I increased to two pills no results. I workout 6 days a week both cardio and weigh training and no changes. I contacted customer service and asked about all negative reviews and why there website only shows positive reviews. I was shock they would state all negative reviews are fake reviews from people who never used their product. I asked about Amazon reviews and she tried to tell me these were never verified by Amazon. If anyone who uses Amazon knows they always show if verified. I asked for her to send me the backup for the studies and trials but again they would not forward the data to me. I am having blood work next week so I am interested to see if my levels are any different from 3 months ago. I have continued to take it since I paid all that money. I think you would get equal results by eating a healthy diet and exercising. If you have a lot of weight to lose the healthy eating is what is working and the release pills have no impact. Also I was extremely sick to my stomach and customer service stated there are no side effects and this was not causing my issues. I stopped taking it for a day and I had no issue but the next day took it in the morning and back came the issue. These issues have become less. They blame you as a means to deflect the issues. I am not saying you should not purchase this product but I am unable to state it works. read more

I started using GOLO about 4 months ago. Since then I have lost 20 to 25 lbs. I did not switch my diet much because of my weakness for pizza. I do try to exercise a few days a week, but not excessively. I was not excepting to see that much of a change without going to the gym 5 days a week and changing my whole diet. I will defiantly keep taking them! read more

It may work for some but not for me. I actually gained a few pounds. I received the product in January, it had a 30 day return policy. They upsale you other products and charged over $300. I returned EVERYTHING and never heard from them or received a refund. Save your money. read more

It's just laxatives but nothing else. It caused me bleeding a lot. The return policy is a trap because you have to spend around $20 to mail everything back and that's a lot comparing to the money you pay for the pills itself. So to be better off, don't dream of it, don't buy it. Besides don't be surprised if it takes you forever to get hold of customer service. read more

If I could give this review no stars, I would. This is a complete rip-off! I ordered this product and tried it for 60-days with no discernable results, but when I tried to get a refund, I was told it was past my 60-days limit and they weren't refunding anything. Don't try this. read more

I have been using GOLO for 3 months. It has helped reduce my cravings. I follow the plans recommended meals of 2 protein, 1 carb, 2 veggies and one fat at each meal. The hardest part at the start for me was limiting my carb to the 1/2c serving size. I have not been wanting to snack since I started this plan. I found that my stress level is better. I don't go reaching for the chips when something goes wrong. Nothing will magically zap pounds away but I believe the supplement along with the balanced meals is helping me lose the weight. So far I am down 20 pounds. Some weeks I may only lose a pound or none at all then the next week I may drop 3 or even 5 in one week. No quick fix, this is helpful for my long game for sure. read more

My personnel goal was to lose around 10 pounds with GOLO within the first two months . I have been successful even though I have not been able to fully exercise they way I had been due to some injuries. The supplement is all natural combined with making healthy food choices right from your local supermarket- it is so simple!!!! I would recommend this program to anyone! read more

I am blown away with my results with Golo! I started my journey June 3rd 2019. Just in a little over two months I have lost 40 pounds and 8 inches off my waist. I have type 2 Diabetes. Before Golo I was taking 2,000mg of Metformin and 8mg of glimepiride a day. In two short months I am now taking 500mg Metformin and 2mg of glimepiride a day.I have about 37 more pounds to go. This is the first time in years I am looking forward to seeing where my A!C is in September. Golo is life changing!! read more

While the diet plan is just a healthy way of eating, anybody can follow it WITHOUT paying a butt load of money for these "magic" pills which are all the hype and you get nothing for the money you spend! They don't even put enough of the ingredients in the capsule to fill the capsule or make an insulin difference! It is a HUGE rip off and false advertising. They can't show you/me the studies where any of this crap actually helps your insulin levels and without blood tests before & after how can they prove it makes a difference. Its all a rip off so save your money and just eat healthier and exercise. Their refund policy is bullshit & has strings attached. The quickest and best way to get a quick refund is they keep $15.00 to cover their costs so you don't have to mail it back to them. IT IS NOT A "NO QUESTIONS" ASKED refund and they refund the full amount. Again total rip-off so don't fall for it! read more

I started to use Golo in April this year. I have been using it for 3 months and wanted to check if it is going to regulate my insulin as I was prediabetic at the rate of 6. Normal 3 months rate should be 5.7 or less. So, after 3 months of using it, my insulin resistant rate dropped to 5.8. My doctor was happy with it , so was I. I lost not pounds but inches. Everyone noticed that I lost weight. So, I was wondering how did I lose inches but not weight. Well, my doctor explained to me that I lost fat but gain mussels. Then, I noticed that I retain fluid. When finally fluid came out, I was 7 pounds lighter. I am happy with it. read more

horrible product and even worse customer service.

I took 2 bottles of golo have not taken any in a month or so and I'm still shitting my brains out loose bowels for months now I lost my mind and no weight read more

Ordered this for my Mom. She did not like the product after giving it a shot for over 2 weeks. Said it made her tired and irritable. Called the GoLo company to see about getting a refund. Their policy is 30 days FROM THE DATE YOU ORDER!! So tell me why a company offering a BONAFIDE weight loss product would have in essence a NO REFUND policy. Because they are crooks and KNOW their product does NOT work and WILL NOT refund your money. 30 days from the date of order (they could technically take 29 days to deliver it and then you would be totally screwed) Even half way legit companies selling weight loss products give more than a 30 trial period!! I would have rather put $90 on a roulette table. Better odds. read more

KEEP YOUR MONEY AND RUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No sour grapes here, I have found a plan that works and have lost 16 pounds in the past 8 weeks but not with this product! It makes great claims and promises of full refund but that is not so either! If anyone is interested in trying this product I will sell you two full bottles for $20. read more

Both my husband and I have had great success with the GOLO program. The information is easy to follow, the meal guidelines are regular healthy choices directly from the grocery store. While nervous about taking supplements initially, these are all herbal, zero side effects and prove to be quite good for you. We have both lost over 30 lbs with GOLO and continue to keep the weight off. I've recommended GOLO to several friends and they are pleased so far as well. Thanks GOLO!! Life changer! read more

I watched my wife's transformation as she lost 29 pounds while using GOLO. She took the supplements without issue and followed healthy meal recommendations and exercise per GOLO. I can attest to my wife's life changing experience with GOLO. read more

I ordered this product from the website. Customer service is horrible. Apparently, their shipper delivered it to the wrong box. I have sent numerous e-mails asking them to fix it. They say it is between me and their shipper, and refuse to assist until I contact the shipper (USPS, which I did. USPS will not accept a claim from me until 15 days after delivery date. This has been a waste of my time. read more
