Jamison Allen aka MY PERSONAL INJURY *SUPERSTAR* ATTORNEY…read more After being struck, and injured by an uninsured motorist, I thought I would be taken care of by my insurance company. That was not the case at all. Initially my insurance company wanted me to settle my injury case for a mere $8,700. After many Doctor visits, procedures and bills to follow, that amount was nowhere near the amount to take care of the medical bills. Not to mention, to compensate for the physical / mental pain and suffering. After 8 years of trying to negotiate a better settlement on my own, I was informed that the maximum settlement offer would be approximately $15K, take it or leave it. I turned to Jamison Allen of Yosha Cook & Tisch to look into my claim, and I am so glad that I put my trust in him. Jamison was extremely compassionate and listened intently to my complaints and concerns regarding future medical treatments. I felt that Jamison and his team would do their very best to get me the fairest settlement available. Fast forward to almost two years later, and 3 weeks prior to the Statute Of Limitations running out for my uninsured motorist claim. I received a call from Jamison Allen stating that my insurance company was ready to make a settlement offer. I was in total disbelief in what he would say next. He said your case is settled! He reiterated that the case is closed and they were offering maximum policy limits, providing I accepted the details of the settlement. WOW! Jamison and his team knocked it out of the Ball Park. He was able to secure a settlement that was right at 7 times the amount of the take it or leave it offer. Lesson Learned: Never expect that your insurance company has your best interest at hand. They only string you along, hoping that you will take the low ball offer. Always retain an attorney if you are injured in an automobile accident. (I Highly Recommend JAMISON ALLEN). Thanks to Jamison, Charity, and the rest of his team at Yosha Cook & Tisch - Attorneys At Law for working so diligently to resolve my case. If you are ever in need of a personal injury attorney, please consider hiring Jamison Allen. # FIRST CLASS SUPER LAWYER!!

One of the best qualities that Nick had was his timely communication with us. He was really only a simple phone call away any time that we needed him. Since my wife's accident in July of 2022 Nick and his team stayed in touch with us, offered us updates on our case, as well as treasured advice throughout the tumultuous aftermath we found ourselves in after her accident. The other quality we valued was Nick's competency in knowing what needed to be done, as well as his drive to make sure that it got done. He was over prepared for every meeting we had, and any communication and negotiation he had regarding our case was handled efficiently. We never had a concern about the quality of work Nick did because he showed us that he cared about us. Knowing that he cared about us made it easy to trust him. Nick's preparedness was evident in his network of people, from his team to trusted individuals outside of his firm, and his readiness to connect us with them to help us out. Neither my wife or I had needed to be involved with an attorney before we met Nick. We were thoroughly spoiled, as he and his team set an exceptionally high bar for our expectations in the future. I hope that we do not find ourselves with a sizable enough injury again to warrant legal representation, but I would not be concerned with where to find it, because we were in good hands with Nick.

Therefore all my claims were made online. I never saw Todd in person, but he called and emailed me often. He always responded quickly! The claim process was hard, but Todd took care of it perfectly. He made sure the claim was processed and the VA was handled. Any outside care I needed he worked with them too. I had a payout and Todd handled the checks, medical records, talking to the insurance companies, and treated my case with absolute care. Despite how much I was going to receive I knew he would take care of my case. Whether I was paid out tons of money or only a fraction he made sure to handle it well and professionally. It's important to have a lawyer even for the VA because they will want to be reimbursed. Many people don't realize this but all medical expenses need to be accounted for even through the VA. A lawyer is important who knows how to work the VA system. During the claims and judicial process I understood what was happening and felt like the process was easy for me since Todd did it all. I recommend Todd! Especially if you handle most of your injuries through the VA, tricare, geico, or progressive. He handles your case even through the phone as if you were in his office. I have no complaints with his services. Thank you, Todd for all the help!

Emily & her assistant Sherrie Frydell, both worked diligently on my case, always keeping me informed of any updates. The case took about six months & I could not be more pleased! When Emily called me to say it's been settled & told me of my compensation, I cried on & off for an hour - so very thankful that I'm recovering well, & that I had Emily Chimenti as my attorney!

I was recommended through a school friend Ryan Johnson to Attorney Nick Lavella. Nick and his paralegal thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner which greatly eased the anxiety I had through this two year process. They also sent me reminders about updates as I do have some memory issues from my disability. Additionally, as our administrative hearing became closer they spent hours of their time working with me on prep. Thusly, I felt prepared when the hearing finally happened. Although I had pretty low chances of winning, due to being under 50 the finding was favorable, and I am unbelievably relieved. This win will allow me to have a better quality of life and take care of my young children without great stress. I cannot over recommend the Social Security disability portion of Keller and Keller. Thank you so much Nick and Theresa Diaz!! Although they do take a chunk, the federal government puts a cap on how much the law firm gets so you don't have to worry about the value aspect. It was worth the money. I'm so glad I didn't give up and spent the money to hire an attorney. Great investment! Do yourself a favor even when it gets hard and keep fighting! It can be worth it. I paid a retainer (for more than my dad gets in one month's social security) at the very beginning of October. Jeff was hard to get in touch with at first, but he said he just moved so I understood he had a lot going on. Then we finally talked after almost two weeks and scheduled a follow up. It was a nightmare trying to get a phone call scheduled with him. He kept rescheduling and missing the follow up conversation, without any regard for my time while I was visiting my dad who was in a healthcare crisis. This was at the end of October and the Medicaid application deadline was by 11/1. I could not get in touch with him and I was in town visiting my dad for a week, needing to meet the deadline. On 10/21/25 I emailed Jeff and said I had to hire someone else to help me because we had gotten nowhere for weeks and the stress of trying to get him to work on my dad's application was just too much. I sent him an email, left a voicemail, texts. Jeff then texted me on 10/23 "As mentioned, there's more to this, please be patient". No response after that for over two months despite multiple requests for a refund for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. My dad missed the Medicaid filing deadline because Jeff was so hard to get in touch with. How can you charge a low-income elderly person who is in a healthcare crisis that much money and not work on their case at all? I wish I had googled him before hiring - turns out he's had this issue before with other clients. My patience has run out - we will be filing a complaint with the Indiana Bar Association and taking him to small claims court if my father doesn't receive a refund.
