No way did I…read moreexpect to be there for 4 solid hours and swing over 200 shots with the world's best golf clubs, irons, shafts, etc... I walked in there not ever having a custom fitting like this. I was immediately greeted by my True Spec rep Mr. Caulen Coe (2 THUMBS WAY UP). Mr. Coe explained to me the entire process from swing analysis with your clubs and then testing all the major brands that you can imagine. The Foresight Sports Golf analyzer measured my swing speed, ball speed, launch angle, side angle, backspin, impact point, carry, distance, peak height, etc...Mr. Coe was immediately able to decipher that my clubs were a ¼" short and I was constantly toeing my shots with my 8 year old Ping G20's. He began to create a club with the proper shaft length and angle for me. I immediately began to make precise contact with the ball and improved 20 yards in distance. WOW. Amazing. Last time I was there I asked one of the employees (don't know his name - average sized bald guy) for a driver suggestion, whereupon he asked me if I needed stiff or regular. I played stiff in the past, but hadn't played in a couple years, so I thought that I would start stiff and see how rusty I was. Turns out I was pretty rusty, as I topped the first ball and shanked the second when I tried it out. Thus began a long tirade from the employee about how duffers like me seriously overestimated my ability and really should get some beginner's clubs with regular shafts. He then had the gall to assume that I was going to buy the driver and went to ring it up for me. I told him I'd think about it first, and left. If there had been some decent employees there, this would have been a 3 star place for the inventory, but I'll bump it down a star for the obnoxious staff.

Online booking process is pretty easy…read more The biggest issue is that you reserve a bay for a block of time (30-minute increments), but there is no buffer time in between the group before you and your time. So if the other group ends a minute or two late, then staff cleans it up and sends you to your bay, you can have several minutes of your booking taken up (which is significant if you're only going for 30 minutes). I'd love to see them build in a 5-10 minute buffer time between bookings. Staff seemed indifferent that I was there -- never checked in when we hit or said bye when we left. Maybe it was because they were getting ready to close up, but don't expect high levels of customer service.
