As I was walking in, a sales person walked right across my path on his way to help a gentleman in the apparel section, not acknowledging my pressence at all. I needed a new putter so headed over to the putters and started trying a few out. A few minutes later said sales person walked right across the path of my ball to select a club cover for the customer. Again never acknowledging my pressence in any way whatsoever nor the fact that he walked right in front of me. Once he had finished checking out the customer, he headed to the back of the shop and started talking to someone back there, not a customer by the sounds of it. Again, not acknowledging me at all.... I spent close to 10 mins in the shop with no assistance. I am now the proud owner of a new putter from Dick's.

Course was in worse that terrible condition, the greens are like putting on a sponge the tee boxes are all crowned and beat up the golf cart are all duct taped together, no rakes in the traps but plenty of rocks . The course is a bit pricey, but not necessarily by Cape Cod standards. However, it has no junior rates, so $20 for 9 holes is a bit much for a 7 year old. We haven't been mini golfing in probably 7 years, and why we randomly suggested mini golf is unknown to me but regardless, this place was exactly was it claimed to be... it's mini golf. You get bored of the game itself by hole 10 but keep trucking along and then accuse your husband of falsely tallying up the scores in his favor (okay, fine, he didnt). Every topping is an additional .99¢, and you get very little of whatever the topping is (for dry toppings at least). We all got like 12 sprinkles on our ice creams and it cost a dollar extra each. $23 for 3 ice creams that were somehow not that enjoyable. I don't think I've ever had bad ice cream before. We usually love Giffords but all of our ice cream was freezer burned and tasteless. Either the freezers are constantly left open, tubs are not getting scraped regularly, or the older tubs arent getting replaced when they should've been. It was strange. The place was clean, but the vibe was off unfortunately.
