I was in a jam, needed my computer fixed ASAP and made the biggest mistake of my life. I brought it to Staples. Payed 70 bucks just for them to tell me what already new from running a hardware scan. Then I asked them to but in a equal or better hardrive and found out when I was going to pay that they were going to put in a smaller one! Took my computer and went to a small guy down the way and got everything replaced and booted for 70$ + a 10 dollar tip because hey wasn't money hungry. Never again will staples see my laptop. Nor would I purchase a laptop here since my last laptop was bought here and when I needed it repaired i had to do all the leg work of registering the warranty and calling the third party warranty company to report my computer broken. I frequent(ed) this store often and didn't really see anything wrong with it. They sometimes get in liquidation stock from other stores. Like one time, I remember they had these old Gameboy carrying cases, where the box had water damage and they were at least 20 years old. (they were for the original brick-style Gameboy) Other times, I'd find bootleg DVD's in their DVD bin. Edit: As of July, 2015, Buck or Two in the Rainbow Mall has closed up permanently.
