We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

The venue that they managed at our event on 08/18/18 was quite a challenge, logistics-wise, since it was a HUGE private residence in Calabasas. There were lots of items that were set-up in 3 different locations: Ceremony, Cocktail & Reception, and not-to-mention the BIG 10-12 bedroom house in the property. I can go on & on with this team... We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team. We highly recommend Tiana and her family/team for your wedding or special event. Thank you Tiana, Adena, and Lance for making our day feel extra special!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Tiana's assistant coordinator, Adena. Her personality and hands-on approach made the wedding day very memorable and the guests feel comfortable. The whole process from beginning to end will continue to bring smiles to our faces for a lifetime.

Tasty Sounds Entertainment has been…read morein business since 1990... 35 years and we have handled events at some messed up locations, but Orcutt Ranch in the Valley is the WORST. Ask any DJ about the location (Unless they are employed by 3 Little Birds Event Planning) and they will tell you the truth. 5-10 years ago, they started making DJs put the speakers inside the house and since all the events are outside you can only imagine how bad that sounded. 10 Years ago, I opened the windows of the house and aimed my speakers out the windows and sort of limped thru my party, I hated it and swore to never have me or my guys ever return. Of course, years go by and we had a client who really wanted to use me and said they were having the party at the Orcutt Ranch, and I WARNED THEM about the speaker situation. They understood the risk "but they wanted pretty" and against my better judgement & the damn money I agreed. Nothing was on my radar prior to the wedding except maybe a couple of weird emails with 3 Little Birds event planning, until the DAY I show up. The new rule is not only do the speakers have to be in the house but they must be turned facing in to the WALLS... again everyone is outside in November...WTF! Then they wanted me to sign a sound agreement on the day of the party. When I wouldn't sign it, they brought in the 2 security guards and said if I didn't sign it, I would be escorted off the premise (5 minutes before my Grand Entrance of the wedding couple). I still wouldn't sign it until I knew that the bride and groom were aware of this situation with the speakers. But what could they do ... guests were already sitting down for dinner and they said they understood and this "Diva DJ" signed the agreement with 2 hulks looking over my shoulder. I was not pissed for the humiliation; I was pissed for the guests and my client. I made it thru the party (it sounded like crap) and dealt with the bad vibes all night long and went home and cashed the $2800.00 check. That was 2 years ago and I would have let it go, but some unaware bride just called and said their venue was Orcutt ranch and it all came flooding back after I warned them. The location is dingy, with Navajo Swastikas all over the place but they get you in with the low price and because it's in a very pretty woodsy location your overlook much of the warnings you feel. But they must not be telling the truth about the music in the presentation. The truth is new houses are being built closer to the ranch and they are having sound ordinance problems but they still want the money... hence the dilemma. "Should we tell our couples the truth or just hijack them on their most special day?" SHAME. If you want a dinner party or a garden wedding with no music, (maybe a harp or violin) then perfect. But if you want a real American "have a damn good time" Wedding, avoid this so-called gem because the gem you're getting is called coprolite (Petrified Feces).

Emily had us fill out a very detailed questionnaire (you can tell they know what they're doing with the questions being asked) and went over every detail with us, including areas we were still figuring out. She was available for any questions I had as well leading up to the day, made sure to reach out to all of our vendors with the master timeline, and even provided some guidance for my cousin that was officiating for the first time.
