Although I wasn't able to have Dr. Badheka as my provider from the very start of my pregnancy, I am so glad I was able to switch to Sutter and her as soon as she began accepting patients again in my early second trimester. One thing I appreciated deeply was how she approached my pregnancy with thoughtful, individualized care. Being over 35, I was initially worried about being automatically labeled "high-risk," but Dr. Badheka never made my pregnancy feel unnecessarily medicalized or complicated because of my age. Instead, she guided me with evidence-based information and calm reassurance, helping me feel informed and confident every step of the way. Dr. Badheka has incredible bedside manner, always calm, kind, and compassionate. She consistently took the time to truly listen to my questions and concerns at every visit, and she made me feel like not only an active partner in my care, but also fully in charge of my decisions. Communication through the health portal was always prompt and thoughtful, which made a huge difference in easing anxiety between appointments. One of the things I appreciated most was how respectful and supportive she was of my birth preferences. I had a detailed birth plan and chose to have a doula present during delivery, both of which were not only accepted but genuinely welcomed. I never felt pressured into anything I wasn't comfortable with, which made the experience that much more empowering and meaningful. I also feel incredibly lucky that Dr. Badheka happened to be the on-call OB during my labor and delivery. She handled everything with such care, presence, and professionalism. Her composure, clear communication, and emotional support made all the difference in helping me feel safe and confident throughout the process. It's rare to find a provider who is both medically excellent and emotionally attuned. I feel so fortunate to have had Dr. Badheka by my side during such a significant chapter of my life. If you are looking for an OB who truly listens, respects your choices, and provides exceptional care, look no further!

I saw Dr Wigginton's glowing reviews I thought they were too good to be true. With this being my first pregnancy (and in COVID times) I had so many questions. Dr Wigginton was patient and calm, and always took the time to address everything on my mind and provided me with all the information I needed. She is also extremely personable and remembered details from my previous appointments and followed up on them and truly made me feel cared for as a patient. Jill, a nurse on her staff, was always friendly and easy to contact and I was able to schedule all my appointments easily as her schedule opened up each month. When it came time to deliver my baby (due on Thanksgiving week), she assured me she would try her best to be there. Lucky for me, she was on call that day and because of that, I had every confidence that my baby and myself would be in the best hands. The delivery went extremely smoothly and even one of the nurses that came by mentioned how much everyone on the floor loves Dr Wigginton. One caveat, she is super popular and books up, so be prepared to wait especially if you book an afternoon appointment and she runs late, but I do think that is a minor inconvenience to the amazing OBGYN that she is and great care you will receive.

She was the bright light in our dark infertility battle and gave me hope in my hardest times .She is truly the best in her job. Something that we struggled with for a while due to age was infertility. We had actually seen several fertility specialists during this long journey, and have gone through 3 rounds of IVF (2 mini's and 1 conventional) as well as an IUI. Although they were all unfortunately unsuccessful, we discovered that not all fertility clinics and doctors are created equal. While we found that many doctors take a very traditional, rigid and cookie cutter approach to treatment. Focusing more on luck through repeated attempts, Dr. Aimee was much more focused and tailored in her regiment. We always felt informed during this process, and confident in Dr. Aimee's recommendations. And unlike other clinics, we were always able to get ahold of Dr. Aimee directly. Instead of communicating with a nurse who would then pass the message along to the doctor if they felt it needed escalation. Along these lines, we were always shocked at how quickly we were usually able to get a response from Dr. Aimee. Sometimes even late at night. We often joked that Dr. Aimee probably doesn't sleep. Our only complaints about going with Dr. Aimee revolved around a few issues: 1) The initial application process to get a consultation with Dr. Aimee was lengthy, difficult, and required a lot of chasing from my wife due to poor follow-up and communication from the office. The individual handling review and processing of new patient applications would often go awol for days on end after sending out limited communication. 2) Billing was oftentimes not very clear and created a need for us to meticulously examine our bills line by line to ensure accuracy. 3) Dr. Aimee does not accept any insurance so 100% of the costs will be out of pocket. In addition, her rates are substantially higher than other clinics. Although we were ultimately unsuccessful with IVF, we were eventually blessed with a miracle baby through natural birth. Despite this, we would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Aimee to anyone looking for fertility care.

I moved out of town in the fall, in the midst of my pregnancy, and drove in for each and every appointment (as well as for the delivery) because she is such a wonderful doctor. She is part of Bay Valley Medical Group and works out of both Eden & St. Rose. The office has 2 other OBGYN's (I believe) and a NP and has been quite busy every time I've gone in. There was only one occasion I was left waiting and it was because Dr. Task was held up in surgery...a pretty good reason, if you ask me. The nursing staff is also tops, and Dr. Tasks' right-hand gal, Marlene, was/is extraordinarily helpful as well. After having my daughter, I could have easily found a local OBGYN in my town, but I'm keeping Dr. Task and will continue to commute in to Hayward just to see her.

She is a great doctor - I only wish she was a pediatrician as well so I didn't have to find someone else when my daughter arrives. :o)

I'm currently trying to transfer my prenatal care from UCSF to Sutter Health in Castro Valley. I had my first new pregnancy appointment scheduled with a nurse under Dr. Garima Loharuka's care at Eden Medical Center. Unfortunately, I was just 3 minutes past the grace period due to confusion navigating the campus as it was my first time there. From the parking lot to the various building entrances, everything was unclear. I initially went to the main hospital entrance, waited in line at registration, only to be redirected to a different registration area for new patients. From there, I was sent to Labor & Delivery, who finally pointed me to the correct location--the Medical Offices Building next door. By the time I reached the correct office, I was 3 minutes late past their cutoff. Despite explaining the situation, and being visibly pregnant, nauseous, and exhausted from rushing around unfamiliar buildings, the staff refused to see me. They simply said their schedule was tight and canceled my appointment. I understand schedules are important, but some flexibility and compassion go a long way especially in prenatal care. If they can't accommodate a first-time patient delayed by unclear directions, how will they handle the unpredictability of labor and delivery? This experience left me feeling unseen and unsupported at a time I needed understanding the most.

She always responds to my messages, and even called me to check how I was doing after an urgent care visit. Her level of care is just unreal, she is a genuinely lovely person and I'm so lucky to have her.
