They advertise that they repair jewelry and watches. However, I took a fine gold chain into be repaired, that belongs to a friend of my daughter's (teenager) who is basically one of my "extra" kids. The necklace was given to her by her great grandmother who is no longer with us (), therefore the chain holds great sentimental value. One of my dogs accidently ripped the chain from her neck. Not only was the lady rude when I went in the store, but she basically brushed me off, as if the piece of jewelry and the business I was trying to bring to her, were unimportant. The lady never looked at me or the necklace as she said that all she could do for me was to sell me a new chain. She said I could "hang out" if I wanted but that she had to fix two watches. She didn't even have respect enough to be polite or look at me as she spoke to me. Needless to say, I will never go back read more
