A simple 25 knuckle push up set outside
    Luckonluck L.

I've asked over and over and over, and obviously at this point, management does not care how dirty their floors are. I've asked on and off for over a year for them to clean their floors better outside and around their heavy bags. The mats are always totally filthy and once you touch them, the residue is impossible to wash off. Ruins shoes, blackens your feet, and anything else you touch it wirh. These pics are literally from 25 knuckle push-ups one time: if you touch the floor outside, whatever touches it, it will be stained and black. So gross and it's why I normally go to Uprise or somewhere else where they clean their floors. I love Golds building, culture, and equipment, but I can't train there properly because it's soooo disgustingly filthy on the mats outside...not sometimes, all the time. Set a bag down, a shirt, or touch the floor...and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Let alone try to kick the bag barefooted. The black grime literally takes over a week to get off your feet no matter how you try to clean them. I've tried the wipes at the gym, showered, scrubbed with aloofas, used rubbing alcohol...nothing gets it off except time and I can't get Gold's management or ownership to care enough to do anything. If you're gonna touch the floor, I recommend another gym or staying inside.

During my time in Gold's Gym, I have always experienced excellent service. I feel safe here. Thank you for your dedication and authentic professionalism.

The Mecca of Bodybuilding. So much history at this gym, and so many great have trained and do train here. This is iron paradise, and the energy of the gym is always on point to have an incredible training session. A wide array of machines, squat racks, everything you need to be the best version of yourself.

if you're a fan of bodybuilding, there's not a better place to visit! i've only gone as a visitor. not really sure what it would be like to go there on a daily basis. however, i'd suspect that for myself, i wouldn't mind as the equipment works very well for a bodybuilders needs. the gym is clean, spacious, and pretty well organized. in the few times i've been here, i haven't noticed an overload of people. that could just be a result of me being lucky or perhaps it's never crowded. either way, it doesnt take away from the fact that this gym is pretty amazing.

The nicest gym! Lots of simulators!! Friendly peoples and nice atmosphere in this area

Posing in the main room by the Olympia photos.

I was visiting Kah-Lee-Four-Knee-Uh (as the 7 time Mr. O Arnie would say) for the past two weeks and stopped in at this golds many times ! After all, this is the most famous gym in the world! I always got a phenomenal pump, and utilized every piece of equipment I could to get in a killer workout. The staff were helpful, and one even showed me how to use a leg machine I'd never seen before when I inquired (perhaps a pendulum squat?) I even got to meet some big fitness and film legends, who were also there to get in their lift for the day! But, I was careful not to interrupt them during their set or in one YouTuber's case, while he was filming! I'm taking one star back because there is this absolutely incredible photo of a ton of bodybuilding legends that is even autographed that is unfortunately stationed in one of the bathrooms in the main room where my photo was taken. That should certainly be displayed more prominently! I was also hoping for even more classic imagery (though there are many many awesome and iconic photos any student of the sport will recognize) and a little less of some of the more ancillary stuff. So please get that photo out the bathroom and onto a prominent wall!

Super nice gym, but Carly at the front desk is very rude and mean. Bummer, because I love the gym and people who workout there.

Can you use the inside equipment at Gold's Venice?

Yes but you are "supposed" to show proof of vaccination and wear a mask to use the indoor equipment. The truth is, though, nobody is actually enforcing that so you won't see very many people wearing the wrist bands that indicate they are vaccinated…

Hey, is golds Venice doing 1week or 1month passes? What are the prices?

They have monthly contracts for 100 dollars but you have to be careful as they charge you every month on the 25. Means if you get your contract on the 26th for example, you have to pay 2 months basically. Dont hear on what the staff tell you. They…

Does a membership here, allow you to go to other Golds locations?

Yes it does but for a limited time. You can spend a couple of weeks perhaps at another Gold's gym but eventually they may ask you to switch as there's a possible membership price difference.

Someone knows how much is the membership per month?

    $69

The Yoga Space: Minimalist, with warm wood tones, all sun-lit by a giant oval skylight overhead. The Class (Flow with Bailey Kai): This was a music-driven, cue-based flow that works for all levels. Bailey's teaching style is beginner-friendly for anyone who is looking to explore yoga in a beautiful setting with great music. She guides the movement first, then names the pose in English. It allows the body to learn easily, which is a great for new students. The class unfolded as one long, continuous flow that gradually built. Near the end, we were offered an optional peak pose of Birds of Paradise. As we down-regulated with grounded stretching, the playlist slipped into a moody, hypnotic feel of "Want It" by Mk.gee (gentle, inward, & beautifully timed: https://youtu.be/ZXVCmYWCOwI?si=U1tWC20pIELUMylK), followed by grounded stretching and savasana.
