Initially I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the gym, particularly the men's showers. They appeared to have been cleaned only once a week. I would see the same bar soap remnants, bandages, etc...on the shower floor for days. To their credit the cleanliness has improved dramatically over the last number of months. A issue which still is annoying is the length of time to get broken machines repaired. Not sure if staff pays attention or you need to ask a certain person. This last weekend they had a 1st year anniversary event. Very inconsiderate to regular members was the DJ they brought in to play music. Over the top loud. Not sure what the point of this DJ was since most people wear headphones anyway. Finally, if you do join suggest you clean the machine or any handles/bars BEFORE you use them. There are people who use the equipment who don't wipe it down after use. Crunch staff can't do anything about this, so you need to be aware of this issue.

I've been going to this gym since 2021, and over the past year it has become genuinely…read moredisheartening to walk in each day. What used to feel like a place that supported my progress now feels neglected, with some staff appearing to have given up, others pointing fingers, and others simply choosing not to see what's happening around them. First, the closing shift seems to do almost nothing. It's become routine to find benches and squat racks fully loaded with weights from the night before, or bags of garbage left out for the morning opener -- who is often the only person on that shift. These openers receive only a few days of training and then walk into a mess every morning because nothing was handled the night before. It's hard not to feel bad for them. Second, the trainers and group fitness instructors have become increasingly careless. I regularly see trainers finish with clients and leave equipment scattered everywhere. Even when they're working out on their own, weights are left on machines and bars by people who should be setting the standard. Group fitness instructors have also grown noticeably impatient with members. I've personally been told to wrap up what I was doing at 8:45 AM because a class started at 9 -- and "told" is putting it kindly. Meanwhile, independent trainers who aren't even supposed to be here show more respect for the gym than some of the actual staff. I've even noticed what appears to be the general manager training clients, which is surprising given the state of the facility. Instead of addressing the issues, he can often be heard muttering frustrations about his staff while half‑heartedly cleaning or putting plates away in the wrong places. Third -- and most disappointing -- the gym's condition has deteriorated to an unacceptable level. There is mold in every shower. Flies live in the drains. Garbage like wrappers and used bandages can be found on the floor or on machines. "Out of order" signs appear more often than functioning equipment. Showers stay broken for months. Hair balls roll across the group fitness room like tumbleweeds. And on top of all that, some members have such poor hygiene that they clear a 15‑foot radius wherever they go which is an issue many members have brought attention to with the members themselves and with staff. At this point, I feel like I spend more time cleaning and reorganizing the gym than most of the staff. I could list more examples, but the truth is simple: the gym is convenient, and many of us rely on that convenience -- which is likely why nothing changes. It's disappointing that the place that helped me reclaim my health and lose nearly 50 pounds five years ago now feels like it barely cares to keep the doors open. To be fair, not every staff member fits the issues I've described. There are still a few who genuinely care and work hard. But even with them, you can see the spark fade over time as they realize the situation isn't improving.

This isn't a gym that you need to get in shape to go to. At F3, you become part of a family that encourages you to become an even better version of yourself. You can work out in a group setting that helps motivate you while following your own pace. They offer different classes and you get a new workout every time. There is also the opportunity for personal training. This is definitely not your run-of-the-mill gym. Come check it out and see for yourself! You can check out their Facebook for more information as well.

It is not only counterproductive to working out, it can be potentially dangerous to unaware gym members. Management states they're against members playing loud music, yet the trainers for day classes blast music so loud it's impossible to hear my own music at full volume. Makes it very difficult to stay in the zone when your music is being drowned out by loud bass and a woman trainer yelling over the music at the top of her lungs. And finally, they will tell you that they don't mind the mess you make with chalk and sweating on benches without wiping, yet ammonia inhalants are an issue for their staff to clean up. It's contradictory to say make a mess with one workout item yet not another (within reason of course) It also makes no sense that the cleaning staff is unable to use a broom or bend over. Part of my membership fee goes to pay for their cleaning staff, and that staff is apparently unable to even do the bare minimum you would expect when cleaning: sweeping up. Lastly, if you're gonna worry about ammonia inhalants which carry no disease, worry about your members who sweat all over benches and bleed on barbells while never cleaning them when done. This gym has messed up priorities. P.S. some of the 5-star reviews are left by their own staff and trainers. One who's name is Tom, has a review up right underneath someone who mentions that they were trained by him. Something against googles review policy.

Overall this was a great Planet Fitness experience. Even though many of the locations are very similar, this one stood out because it had good size locker rooms and plenty of parking. This was definitely not one of the smaller ones that I do not enjoy going to. Not much else to say about it except it is definitely one that I would use again next time I return to the area.

Ive been attending this gym for years with usually no problems with the facility/staff. Lately I've been using ClassPass but keep my PF membership because they have more hours of operation. Sunday I went into the gym about half hour before close with my husband to quickly get some weight training. I presented my barcode and told the guy who scanned me in that I would make it quick, letting him know I knew what time it was. He asked if I knew what time the gym closed to make sure, then gave my husband a bit of a hard time because he thought the photo ID in their system did not look like him. We start training, each of us on our own smith machine, and when I visit my husband's to get spotted, the man starts racking the weights on my machine even as I'm calling to him letting him know I would re-rack them bc it was still in use. He stopped and apologized but it was odd that there were other machines with weights that were clearly vacant and he went to put away the ones I was using. We move onto the upper body machines and have about 15min left before closing--we're hustling, swapping machines between sets--while on a machine, the woman behind the counter notices I have crocs on, she lmk I can't have them on, sorry. As I'm walking out to the car to switch shoes really quick, she smiles and says sorry a couple more times and I let her know it's ok I'd brb. I put on the shoes and have 10min left before closing, plenty of time to finish the last 3sets of my workout. Coming through the door both the man and woman are behind the counter complaining that I'm still there... NOT a judgement free zone. The gym has not closed yet. If you do not want to work until close, do not accept this shift. At least wait until someone stays past close to have an attitude. My husband and I were walking out the door 9:59 while someone was still on the treadmill. I didn't see any staff approach that person the entire time & instead they just shut off the lights. Planet Fitness's hours are the main reason we come. They assumed that we would overstay even when I made mention of the time and us being in a rush upon arrival. When being checked for the crocs & told 'saw-rry' as I was fixing it, the lady had petty demeanor. We were in and out before close. The unnecessary tension and attitude was weird. These people are new. I never had a problem with the staff here before and I'm hoping they don't shift the morale here.

Sauna review ONLY…read more.. I'm very pleased to have a location that I don't have to be a member to use their sauna and on top of that you're able to reserve using their app. Please note they did book quickly, so book a head. **Let me start off - every REIF is pricing is different. So confirm pricing before booking. For all their services, they do request you arrive 15 to 30 mins early which I didn't know they'll also allow you to go in early as well. The sauna has it's own room, so no need to change in the restroom. You'll get a total of 45 mins, so make sure to change FAST. Lol! So why 3 stars? Well I was informed they have WIFI, music streaming, and Netflix (if you have an account) all in the sauna area; unfortunately when i tried internet, it was SO SLOW. I literally couldn't do anything - I was glad at least a class was going so i'll have some good music playing in the background (tried to tone out the instructor). I was excited to use the pre-settings in the sauna system but it seems like it wasn't getting heat enough - eventually i cancelled and turned up to the max. I will return but with a plan - soon as i walk in TURN UP THE TEMPERATURE (while i change) and don't count on internet to be working. If this place was closer, then i might look the other way but since i literally passed two other REIF; I was looking for top notch I guess.

I returned my unused swag bag back to the the HB location and the Mgr was short with me about returning items and wanting my deposit back. She says, "Corporate will send you a check for your deposit." I asked for an email confirmation that I returned my items and I am to receive a refund. She said she would email me. I haven't seen refund or email and had to dispute charges to my bank. I am now reporting them to BBB also for ignoring my phone calls and not replying to any emails.
