I originally joined Gold's North Central in Laredo in 2016, and I enjoyed a VIP membership that included classes and multiple clubs. During COVID I took a break from the gym, like most, and tried other gyms in Laredo as they started to re-open. I came back to Gold's Gym North Central because I realized it's the best Gym in Laredo The staff is friendly, the gym is neat and well organized, and the multiple club membership is now part of your basic membership. It's close proximity adjacent to the Park allows you to begin your workout with a walk/run, and the fresh air and sun are also beneficial to your health. I'm always impressed to see the owner on the gym floor either working out or restacking weights, and he takes pride in his business. He is approachable and always available to listen to his clients' comments and makes immediate corrections when needed. He believes in reinvesting in his business and replaces equipment regularly, and this makes for a better experience and a great workout. I have been a member of Golds Gym on San Isidro in Laredo, Tx for a little more than a year. I have enjoyed the trainers I have had and have learned a lot about fitness and exercise from them. The Body Sculpt class has been a favorite of mine. I love the challenge of the class! The Yoga classes at Golds have given me the opportunity to increase my flexibility and balance. The sales and management staff are friendly, professional, and caring. I am 62 years old and I can tell you that The folks at Golds Gym could not treat me better! The North Central Golds Gym, has amazing services and provides many services to my fitness life. The maintenance is always on top of their game, and everything is always in place. I like how spacious it is to be able to create your own workout area. The sauna is awesome and helps finish up my workouts. Shakes, taste amazing and they provide a variety or they can customize your own. Overall, great atmosphere and vibes to workout in. This gym is super clean. All equipment is new and user friendly. The staff is great! As soon as you enter the gym, you are greeted with enthusiastic staff. The trainers seem to really care about each customer, going above and beyond to help achieve personal goals. The sauna is awesome! I love to use the sauna after each workout. The fueling station tops it off. You can get a great post workout shake to make the whole experience complete. I have trained with Tony in the p90x class and the 12 week challenge. I love starting my day with the Gold's Fit class or the Spin class. Most people might be hesitant to jump into cross fit at my age, but the instructors help boost your confidence and push you to reach you highest potential. The equipment is well maintained and the facility is always clean with everything in its place.
