The class format included reviewing the previous weeks training, discussion and demonstrations of the new topic, in person practice and q&a on the new topic, and then homework assignments. Huck learned how to heel (without pulling), the commands sit, stay, and down completed the first time asked, come, watch me, and several games to play that reinforce the training. Before we enrolled Huck, he pulled us around the block but now he walks beside us even in crowds! Each week builds on the previous one so it was important to practice to reinforce what was learned. We put in a lot of work, but it was definitely worth it. This was the best investment of money and time into our dog! Highly recommend!

Working with Ruff Around the Edges has been life changing for my family. Our dog was hyper, anxious…read moreand non-responsive to commands. After the private training sessions, we have seen an enormous difference in her behavior. She has calmed down, and listens to commands. She's not perfect yet, but we're getting there! You can tell the owners really care about dogs and they also have the knowledge to help owners and their dogs. I needed to learn some new skills to become a better leader, and it's helped. I was impressed with their knowledge and the willingness to help us. We have also used the boarding and the day care. Both are reasonably priced and I feel comfortable knowing my dog is safe, watched over and having fun. Overall, a great experience!

This is hands down (tempted to make a pun here) the best yoga studio in the area. I know it's not…read morewise to get attached to a yoga instructor but there are a few who are so inspiring it makes me want to do teacher training. Yoga V attracts the best - both new and experienced. Too many to list, but this is a start: Elizabeth leads a gorgeous deep stretch class with the addition of singing bowls. It will melt away your midweek stress like butter. As a "music" person, I'm impressed by playlists that are intelligent and non-intrusive. Monica is about as intuitive as they come, with a gentle yoga class perfect for those who don't want the heated studio experience, or need to refresh before going back in to the heated flow practice. Then there is Patrick.. I mean - this guy has the GIFT - blending accessible yoga, a sense of humor, and the magic of paced storytelling that always illustrates a lesson, without being yoga-preachy or cliche'. The studio goes above and beyond best practices for health, so I don't really worry about getting sick. Pricing is reasonable - with a level for anyone who wants to practice in a safe environment. Get yourself in there and find your favorite people, on and off the mat!

The studio went on to charge me $82 for 2 months of classes that I cannot even use. No offer of any refunds, just a "no refunds" policy. I understand yoga studios are hurting financially, but to make a profit on their injured students is not ok.
