Yoga V attracts the best - both new and experienced. Too many to list, but this is a start: Elizabeth leads a gorgeous deep stretch class with the addition of singing bowls. It will melt away your midweek stress like butter. As a "music" person, I'm impressed by playlists that are intelligent and non-intrusive. Monica is about as intuitive as they come, with a gentle yoga class perfect for those who don't want the heated studio experience, or need to refresh before going back in to the heated flow practice. Then there is Patrick.. I mean - this guy has the GIFT - blending accessible yoga, a sense of humor, and the magic of paced storytelling that always illustrates a lesson, without being yoga-preachy or cliche'. The studio goes above and beyond best practices for health, so I don't really worry about getting sick. Pricing is reasonable - with a level for anyone who wants to practice in a safe environment.
