I had great experiences both times. You don't wait too long in the waiting room - which is uncommon. I felt they were very professional and up to date. I could go into detail about how but don't want to write a book. I had my first daughter in Michigan with an office of all men. When I moved to pa and was going to all women I was afraid it would be more midwife than dr but I was pleasantly surprised. I'd recommend these ladies to anyone having a baby. I had a much better experience in this office over the one with all men.

I have been going here for years and the last visit I had was for my annual gyn. As a woman in her…read more50s, we had a brief discussion about menopause and she gave me some samples. This was billed separately from my exam. Cost $83 for a 5 minute discussion which I said I wasn't even worried about. Beware of discussing anything outside of normal exam as they will bill you for it. I'm wondering if I will be charged for discussing my grown child becoming a doctor.

I will never return to this Exton office, and they are a huge part of why I left the practice. If the below is how they handle responsibility and culpability, there is no way I want them for medical care. Upon my visit during the pandemic, they had some kind of REALLY PRECARIOUSLY installed COVID screen set up at the front desk. I stood to talk to reception and put my purse up on the counter as I always do with this familiar reception design. Unlike ANY other similar design I've ever encountered, the plexiglass they had sitting on the counter (which ought to have been screwed in or at least propped up with more than a picture frame wedge) tumbled backward onto the receptionist, who proceeded to make the biggest display of victimhood I've ever seen! She looked at me like I did it on purpose and a doctor came running from the back like someone just triggered an automatic. He too gave me a dirty look. Let's see, you have a giant piece of plexiglass standing upright on the edge of your secretary desk, that is "secured" by a triangle of thin cardboard box. And it fell. And somehow you're surprised? And your reaction is histrionic, unaccountable, and proficiently absent of any common sense. Had that fallen on me you'd be liable!!! Not only was the falling of their own makeshift plexi-hazard something they ought to have apologized to me for, but the receptionist simply COULD NOT move past it. She held me up for several minutes to compose herself, and I really got the feeling that there was a lot more to this scenario than just that booby-trap of a desk. The entire situation was cringy and sus, and I knew that after this appointment I'd never return because there was nothing trustworthy or healthy about these people's behavior at all. I was ready to leave then and there, and actually walked toward the door, but a need for a mammogram script is the ONLY reason I didn't walk out. I commented on the stupendous accident set-up trap they'd arranged in the reception room to my care provider. She responded with neutral nothing and gave a robotic exam with zero human interaction or bedside manner. I too would need to numb myself with psychotropics or whatever she's likely on in order to act that way and drag herself to this horrid workplace every day.
