Good location about a 20 minute walk from downtown or just five minutes on the the tram , it's basically right out your front door. The train station is barely 5 minutes away by foot so it's a great jumping off point to get started in Bordeaux or to leave Bordeaux from. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet with a lot of options, including eggs, bacon, assortment of breads, and jams, and spreads, fresh juices, and coffee. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Blanket on a bed is a bit old fashioned and very hard to clean for every guest i would imagine. The bathroom was a disgrace with a cubical shower sat inside an old shower tray. As i say useable convenient room. The whole of the building however smells horrible. The breakfasts and evening meals are included but this is in my opinion not a bonus. The evening menu is about 20 years out of touch and not very appealing. I have not eaten in the evening. Breakfast however is basically orange juice, tea, coffee, sliced baguette and hot chocolate. Jam and butter if lucky. You will have to join the que to wash up and put away your own pots. Don't be late as the staff get very hostile.!!! As a foreigner living in France i found this place very unwelcoming.

The halls smelled like a hospital. The room began to smell like sewage in the middle of the night and by the morning it was unbearable. The breakfast in the morning was okay but didn't make up for the horrid room. Don't stay here. And now google translated into French: ============================ Cet endroit est nul assez difficile. Nous voyagions à travers l'Europe et a décidé de dernière minute pour rester à Bordeaux. Essentiellement, nous venons de trouver un hôtel et nous avons réservé et, malheureusement, c'était celui-là. Les salles sentait comme un hôpital. La salle a commencé à sentir comme des eaux usées dans le milieu de la nuit et le matin il était insupportable.
