The interactions felt unfriendly and the environment did not feel welcoming to us. Having a bad day is one thing, but I left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. Our dog's cut also looked rough and choppy to me. My dog is now sick for the first time and developed a cough less than a week after the appointment. I can't say what caused it or where he may have picked it up, but the timing was concerning to me as a pet owner. Because of this experience, I won't be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
