In the meantime I had gone to another ortho in town and was then referred to Dr. O'Toole. Very nice, friendly and helpful office staff. A LIVE person answers their office phone, not a machine. Dr. O'Toole took his time explaining my MRI and diagnosis with me and was wonderful. Unfortunately, my tendon and foot issue was beyond his expertise and he referred me back to where I first started, at the large ortho practice in town where I had been seen but never received a call back to schedule surgery, or a return phone call. I absolutely appreciate having his professional opinion on the surgery that was to be done, as I was concerned about the extent of the procedures (it isn't just sewing a tendon back together, but far more involved with bones and other stuff). He alleviated both my and my husband's reservations about it. Dr. O'Toole went above and beyond to say that he would call my prior doctor in order to let him know that he had a patient that had fallen through the cracks. I had my appt yesterday afternoon and was promptly called this morning about 9am by Sarah to let me know that the other place would be calling me within a half hour (and they DID!) Wow! The care and compassion shown by Dr. O'Toole and his staff is outstanding. If I have any further issues with my feet I will not hesitate to see him FIRST. I really wish that he would have been able to do the surgery but I can understand, and respect, that some problems may be beyond his usual scope of practice.

From my first doctors appointment to the soonest I could be seen by a back Specialist was 5 month. This was unacceptable! June 12, 2024, I slipped on a bottle with my right foot and tore my left quad muscle in half when…read moremy leg twisted, my PCL and inner ligament almost in half. after getting bounced from dr to dr for a couple weeks, Dr Schillen saw me end of June and rushed my appointment for surgery to July 8, 2024. surgery was great, recovery was excellent, after 3 months of Physical Therapy, I was sent home and told to do anything I wanted just to be careful, now is April 15 of 2026. I cannot even tell I had an injury. I walk up to 18k steps per day at times, with a daily average of between 9k to 11k depending on our projects. I'm 67 and still cruising like I'm 40. Having been to Moore Chiropractic in the past I would become a patient again starting December 30, 2025. After having an xray and MRI it revealed that I definitely have some issues with my lower back. I began my chiropractic therapy. Then introduced to the spinal decompression therapy. When I first started chiropractic care and spinal decompression therapy, I was skeptical and unsure how much it would actually help. My treatment plan was recommended for six months, including regular decompression table sessions for 24 visits. I trusted the chiropractor and staff, even though I was uncertain about both the process and the financial commitment. By my 12th visit, I seriously considered stopping treatment because I wasn't sure I could afford to continue. Looking back now, I am incredibly grateful that I kept going. After completing my 24th visit, I can honestly say my symptoms have improved dramatically. The nerve pain and discomfort have subsided greatly, and the spinal decompression treatments made a significant difference in my recovery and it'll be ongoing. I truly appreciate the care, encouragement, and professionalism of the chiropractor and staff throughout this process.
