I ordered the lasagna which came in a small maybe 6" diameter bowl with rigid sides which actually made it hard to eat. First bite was tasty but somewhere between crunchy and rubbery which is not what you ever want in your lasagna. I told our server and they asked me what they could get me instead and I opted for spaghetti and meatballs. There were three meatballs and a small amount of spaghetti. The meatballs were great and the pasta was El Dente but the pasta portion was small. I reviewed the bill when I got home and realized that while they credited me for the lasagna, they charged me for the replacement spaghetti and meatballs. No bueno! The other 5 in our party seemed satisfied but the switcheroo between the bad lasagna and the better spaghetti left a bad taste in my mouth. So, small portions, big prices and their policy for rectifying a kitchen mistake includes penalizing the customer for complaining by charging them for their replacement meal.

There is the museum inside an old, and kind of small, hospital, and there is grounds to walk around. When you walk through the door you enter a small gift shop area and pay your entrance fee. The guy that was helping us did a great job creeping my wife out about the place feeling haunted. The museum inside is laid out with local history and fun old hospital tools including a very shiny iron lung. They do pretty good job being inclusive of history of local minorities so it isn't just white man's history. Upstairs the museum is laid out in rooms by decade and there is a room that was a nurses room that has the original paint and most of the decor. The grounds are filled with a local logging steam locomotive and cars. You can walk through the caboose but it's all steel so when there are lightning storms it's best to vacate. There are also some old cabins that were moved to the property and they are fun to explore. If you like old tractors like I do there are a couple of examples to view and drool over. There is also a large barn filled with wagons and other tools. The museum does not take a lot of time to get through if you are dragging someone with you that doesn't like museums. I grew up in an old Victorian house felt a little like home in some ways. There was one very small and clean bathroom in the museum and you can hear everything when you are on the outside so if you are shy go before or after your visit.

The variety of classes is decent, the cost per credit is pretty good, and the quality of the teachers is also notable. There is a small cafe on the campus which is ok. I never went to the bookstore though because it was out of my way. There's not much to say other than that. I think the perception of the college is very individual to one's needs. I only came here to take a few courses in person and online, and I found the process of attending to be easy and had a good experience overall.

Our instructor, Kara, taught basic moves and a few easy sequences (not so easy for us!) so we could feel like we were really dancing. And her enthusiasm and encouragement made us all feel like we were beautiful, skilled dancers! Based on our experience, I imagine taking classes there would be an equally positive and fun experience.

Theatrikos has continued to add to its entertainment repertoire with the addition of the Candle Light Concert company, the showing of Indie files and finally the showing of plays filmed in other locations and screened at the theater.
