My parents were awoken from their nap by what they thought was thunder. I told them that the lightning activity was south of the house and they got some wind from the leading edge of the storm. They answered the phone and said they would get back to me if they could come out that night. They called me back and said they would be there in 15 minutes to look at the job! They were professional gave us a very reasonable estimate and contract and said they would be back in the morning. They showed up in the morning removed the branches from the house and trimmed back additional future problem branches. As stated in other reviews the clean up was excellent. I'm glad the took care of my elderly parents. If you need trees taken care of in the Camden county area these are your people. Thank you for your help!

I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

They were professional, courteous, and checked with us every step of the way to ensure they were doing what we had asked them to do. They took great care to protect a 120-year-old brick wall, a fish pond, and a large fig tree from damage as they removed the oak limb. But what impressed us the most was their efforts to go above and beyond to ensure everything was cleaned up and hauled away. They even blew off sidewalks and pathways that had not been affected by their work, and made sure to ask us if we needed anything else before they left. Finally, their rates were not only competitive, but were a good value for the services we received. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). The way they worked together to keep debris out of my pool was incredibly impressive--they had a well-coordinated strategy in place that clearly worked. Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible, especially with how windy it was, but when they finished, my pool looked just as clean as it did when they arrived. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm beyond impressed and so glad I waited for his quote. If you're deciding--this is your sign. Hire them. You won't regret it.

This tree was intentionally placed in the front yard to block visibility into our home and provided a habitat for multiple hummingbirds. It was completely chopped up and it is going to take years to get it back to the beautiful bush it was. We did not hire this company and did not authorize any work on our property. When I was contacted afterward, the conversation was confrontational, and I was asked for a receipt--despite the fact that we were not their customer. In my opinion, the work done on the neighboring property was also poorly executed. The bushes along the side of the house were cut into awkward tree shapes rather than being maintained as a proper hedge line, which looks unprofessional and unsightly. While I am not a horticulturist, I was raised with strong guidance in this area from my grandfather, who was highly respected in the field. Overall, this experience was upsetting and avoidable, and I would urge others to closely monitor any work being done near their property.
