However, I returned text sent to me, from stylists, as asked, and no one ever responded to reschedule. I think perhaps it's a case of ableism and/ or ageism because it happened right after I filled out my profile. It's just too coincidental. I mean, they could've offered a different stylist or if unable to complete the appointment they could've let me know. But I was just left hanging. Again, I really think this is either ableism or ageism or both because this happened right after I finished my profile. This was a big leap on my part because I'm changing from a stylist that I've had for many years I did a lot of research to try to find the right stylist or what I thought would be the right And I don't think people fully understand at times the challenges of other people and what they're going through. My sister chose this salon to get her hair done for her wedding today and it was an absolute disaster - she took a reference photo and the stylist did the EXACT OPPOSITE of what she wanted and took it upon herself to do her own thing and it looked awful. We ended up combing it out and re-doing ourselves - such a waste of money.
