One's home is exactly that, a home, a home is what one works hard to own and provide to one's family. We recently sold our previous home, when we inquired about purchasing our insurance, our previous insurance provider was letting us down, so our trusted team of brokers and realtor's shared Casa Blanca as their trusted insurance broker, and I was referred to Lorena Sahagun. Through the entire escrow process Lorena provided what we needed, options, and answered any and all questions. Weeks after I needed to add earthquake insurance and she was ready to answer all my questions as well as provide us with what we need. She has always been ready to assist, answer questions, and provide us with what we need. I highly recommend Lorena Sahagun and her team at Casa Blanca. Sincerely, Dr. Marco Antonio Romero

The lady was out of the office and had forwarded her office phone to her cell. She answers with a hello... lady.. what professionalism is that? How about identifying the business you are answering the call for? She tells me she's out of the office and will be back in 1/2hr. It's been 2 plus weeks. She never asked for my number, so I assumed she would grab it from her cell. I guess she has too much business and does not need any more?? Horrible customer service! Wouldn't trust them to insure my trash. Everyone is always telling us to go local, the little guy. When we do, we end up with garbage customer service most of the time. This is a prime example. I rather pay more to AAA, but at least they are professional and respectful. Beyond disappointing!

I found I really disliked only having online or phone as my options. So I decided I would go local when I consolidated my policies. Marc Berton was my choice. I worked with Marc and his team at the office who are always very  professional and on top of every question or issue I had. I was able to get everything easily consolidated, improve my coverage, and have that personal, in-person interaction I wanted when needed. It was fantastic! Highly recommended!

I have called 4 different times to cancel my account with this company without any luck. They DID NOT cancel my account and continued to withdraw from my account month after month. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up they said no one was available for an entire week to take my call. This company is absolutely a scam and they 100% screwed me over.
