Outstanding, Honest, and Seamless Medicare Guidance - Nina Szutu is the Best!…read more I first went to KCAL Insurance in mid-2025 to get my mom enrolled in Medicare, and Nina was our account manager. From day one, she was exceptionally professional and worked with incredible efficiency. What set her apart was her transparency--she clearly explained the essential pros and cons of several plans she recommended. She also helped print out the essentials of multiple insurance information for us to refer to later. We selected the plan that fit my mom's needs best, and it worked out flawlessly. When my mom's specific needs shifted in 2026, and my dad also reached the point of needing Medicare enrollment, my parents went right back to Nina. Once again, she made the entire process completely smooth and frictionless. Nina is upfront and honest about how different plans operate and how representatives work with providers, giving straightforward insights into the advantages and trade-offs of every option. If you or your family need expert, reliable, and stress-free help navigating Medicare, see Nina Szutu!

I wish I could give zero stars, but Yelp wont let me…read more I signed up with this location a few years back and the only reason why I went with them because of a guy name Ben that works there, he is the only one I like. However the last several months State Farm and this office has failed. Every month my bill was different, I called in to change my address 10 times, they decide to change it on the 11th time, REALLY! I had to make a payment on 9/9/13 for my policy and I have called there office 3 times a day to reach Ben to pay my policy and no one has called me back. Yesterday I called and talked to the main lady Wendy and she said ill call you back at 2 pm when the computer system comes back up. Well I get a call this morning saying well I looked into your policy and you have a past due balance, NO SHIT, on one will call me back to take payment. Then she has the never to say that my policy is going to cancel today, thanks for nothing. If I never called yesterday I would never known that my policy was being cancelled. So goodbye State Farm and hello another company who is going to care and call there clients back. Also beware when you call all the women who answer the phone is rude and will give you a attitude when you want to leave a message with someone.

He also helped me get enrolled quickly, which allowed me to receive the medical care I needed without unnecessary delays. What really stood out to me was how responsive and dependable Noe was. He handled everything quickly and professionally while still making sure I felt informed and comfortable with my decisions. Even after getting me set up, he has continued to be extremely helpful whenever I've needed assistance. I highly recommend Noe to anyone looking for help with health, auto, home, life, or other insurance needs.
