Some of the classes they offer are Zumba, Power (weightlifting), Ride (stationary bike), Fight (kick boxing), Blast (step), Barre and Workout 101. There is something for everyone- from beginner to hard core. You can get a 7 day free pass to try out the gym. They are friendly and not high pressure like some other gyms. When you sign up, you get a free coaching session with a personal trainer to set goals and figure out how to reach them. What more could you ask for?

I went to a Zumba class in Odenton, and I had a blast! Since then I've joined as a member, and I've tried every single group class they offer, and I attend classes in both locations. I have lost over 30 lbs postpartum, going to a variety of the classes like Lift, barre, Push bootcamp, Spin, Fight, Centergy, Primal Yoga, and Zumba. This spring we are doing a 6 week run club and that is the coolest! When my daughter is a bit older I can't wait to bring her to Mommy & Me classes. She makes an occasional appearance at Zumba and it's the cutest! I've even gotten my senior mom to come to classes! As a woman-owned and managed gym, for women, it's my safe space and my happy place! The instructors and staff, childcare, and members are what make Transformations so amazing! And as a former member of some other expensive gyms, Transformations is very affordable! You can work out anywhere, but it won't have the supportive, fun vibes we have while we push each other to be our best selves, with grit and grace. I love my sweat sisters!

It's not two kids at a time, it's 10-15 kids at a time. As I pulled around the corner in the parking lot I saw all these kids running towards me. I'm glad I wasn't going fast because it would have been a disaster. This is a very busy parking lot with people from the caterer and the groomer pulling in and out all day. Believe me, the cars race around that corner. I tried to explain to the young man that was standing there, "holding the line" how dangerous it was. Another young man came up and said they have been doing this for the past 10 years. Not sure how, because he was A teenager himself, and the place has only been opened for a year. He tried to explain it wasn't illegal and I agreed it wasn' but it's dangerous. There are 10-15 kids racing each other in a busy parking lot. He did explain, the young man "holding the line " would get hit first when someone came around the corner. I sincerely hope no one gets hurt, and that parents are aware of the parking lot races.

The owner will threaten you verbally and physically and try to wheel and deal you into cancelling their membership. They double charge sometimes and randomly. They charge random days each month and it's usually never the same. It's happened to me a couple of times. They say they will take care of it but they don't. They are not a good business and they will take your money and make it impossible to cancel. They have multiple emails and multiple processes and multiple scripts on how to cancel your membership. You would think by telling and emailing the owner that you want to cancel would suffice, but that is far from the truth. This place is a sham and because of all these other horror stories I have read, I'm glad I escaped when I did. This is the first time I read the reviews and I was a member for years. the owner talks about this freely about not caring about the members and has no problem sending his members to collections because he knows he cons people into signing shoddy contracts that are impossible to get out of. This place deserves less than a star and it's sad because you can get a decent sweat here, but the owner is a horrible person.

I had two doctors notes for broken bones/injuries and I was charged for those months. I finally got an email response which was obvious that they hadn't read my previous emails. When I moved out of the area, I followed my contract to cancel. I unfortunately have been charged 3 months out and have had to dispute with my bank. I cannot in good faith recommend this gym given my experience and other reviews, which is a shame because there's so much potential within the neighborhood.
