I paid 47 bucks for this, and they delivered it to me after an hour and a half. Everything was cold, and it was a mess. They didn't even include forks or napkins in the box. It's terrible service. I will never buy from them again. It's just a waste of money. read more

Ever had a meal so bad you spent time writing a review? The three-piece with green beans and mashed potatoes was my order. One of the pieces was so old and dry it was indelible. Drove 30 minutes to try their chicken sandwich. We arrived at 8:20. The door says lobby closes at 9. They told us to order through drive thru so we did. Looks like one of the newer resturant/fast food joints in the area ..however,if your main sell is chicken then you shouldn't overcook it. I had to remove the crust,it was just too hard to eat. The price wasn't reasonable and it took awhile to get our order. Cleanliness was not up to par with such a nice looking building. Don't come to this location! Especially if Ana, the manager is there. My family and I were traveling and passed by our favorite fast food joint to be surprised with the worst service in my golden chick history. I walked in and was surprised with the new flavors they had advertised for the chicken tenders and I began to get excited. My excitement was quickly taken away as Ana, the manager taking our order, turns around while I'm mid sentence to tell one of her workers something. The manager says "I can't give her a refund! I wasn't here last night to see it." She said it in a very bad tone and left us talking and then didn't even excuse herself. I found this very rude but it was just the beginning, my order was supposed to come with a 32 oz drink and instead she gave me the small drink with a sort of "did he notice?" look in her face. I go to the drink section to find that they have no tea which is always my first choice at Golden Chick. I go to get a Mountain Dew which is my second option to find that it was flat. I conformed with Pepsi and after I get my drink I realize that there is no straws. I go up to the counter and ask for straws and was handed a hand full of straws for me to put in the straw holder. I turn around to try to find a clean table in the bunch of dirty tables and found just 1 that was alright. My brother asked if they could make his spicy buffalo (one of the new flavors) with a little bit of zang and when he got his tenders he felt like it needed more zang. He goes up to one of the other workers to ask for more zang and the worker gave the zang police (the manager) a little look and she grabbed 1 little packet and handed it to him. He kept his hand out and she added 3 more packets. The fries didn't come with our order because the fry machine was supposedly down and we didn't get them until we were halfway through our tenders. I went up to one of the workers and asked for the WiFi password for Golden Chick's Guests and he said "I don't have it" and the manager was close by so she asked what was going on and he says "she's asking for the WiFi password" she gave me a little glance and quickly looked back at her worker and said the previously rehearsed sentence "I don't have it". I go back to my table disappointed and try to comfort myself with some ice cream to find that there's no cones. I go up and ask the manager if she had any little cups and she turns around as she's grabbing one and asked what it was for and I say "for the ice cream" and she takes her hand off the little cup and says "no we don't. But there is cones" I tell her that there isn't and she tries to hand me a huge box of cones. At this point, I'm not sure if she was trying to hire me or was just lazy. She sees that I'm not taking the huge box so she turned around to scream at one of her workers to go put them out there. They put the whole box of cones out there and I had to put my hand in there to get one out which was very unhygienic for me and mostly for the next person trying to get a cone. To finish off, the ice cream was more liquid than solid and had to throw it away and left in a deep state of disappointment. In conclusion, I tried the new Korean bbq flavor and I didn't like it. I'm not sure if it was really the taste of the food or the treatment I got that made it unenjoyable. Please save yourself some trouble and go to the next location if you want Golden Chick or at the least make sure Ana, the manager isn't there. read more

This store is the WORST!!! If you can avoid it PLEASE DO!! This is a commonly known stop for busses and trucks stops. The restaurant was super dirty, had the line was ridiculous long. The "manager" that was telling people what to do was just standing there yelling "We don't have any chicken, we don't have any chicken. Tell everybody is going to take about 30 mins, if they don't like it THEY CAN FUCK OFF! Tell them just like that" when I herd that I wanted to say something so bad, I stead I grabbed my stuffed and walked out. What he should of done is stop cursing and drop more chicken so they can have enough like is it that hard? As well as the people serving the chicken they kept getting mad because people were ordering strips, they kept making faces and saying we don't have any you should of told them it takes for ever to come out! Slow for a Sunday but not many people in like the cashiers sees me walk in takes her sweet time getting to the cash register takes my order I get it with in a reasonable amount of time ate my food won't in line to order 3 cookies and only get two the kid tells me I half to cook more ok so I waited about 10 min finishing my food then ask about my third cookie "I for got to put them in " he says if you want to wait 6 min I'll have them out.
