Communicating with the office manager or whatever title she may hold was vulgar, combative and 100% in denial. I have a dispute ongoing with them but still unresolved. The quality of the cleaning is varied by the people hired -- Karolina was the best! The management was great at the beginning (the boss was sweet, sharp, and cordial), but things downgraded at the end. We're not sure why: we, the customers, always remained kind and composed. Their problem was us delaying the monthly cleaning due to us WORRYING about THEM not getting our horrible flu --- they were basically upset that we were concerned about their wellbeing.

My window blinds were supposed to be cleaned. They were not finished. One of the cleaners was very rude and did a terrible job in my kitchen I found out later that she was related to one of the people in the office and he just got mad when I told him how she acted. DBA Extreme Hoarding Cleanouts.com July 2026…read more Their website speaks of "The cleanup of a hoarding house can often lead to anxiety, depression, frustration and anger even when the hoarder is willing to have their home cleaned. The training our crews receive for hoarding cleanup addresses these issues and how to reduce the feelings a hoarder may feel." This is not true. I was given a two-day estimate to remove the trash and biohazards from my one-bedroom apartment. I was then told a third day would be needed due to excessive sorting. Well, when I got home, 90 % of my belongings were removed. Very little sorting being done. One example, there was an old wooden wall mirror and two jewelry boxes on my dresser. They kept the mirror and "trashed" the jewelry boxes. Essentially, I paid for an extra day to be robbed. Along with the scheduled removal I scheduled and paid for a two-day deep cleaning to be done afterwards. This deep cleaning was never done. The contact has not replied to my three requests to refund the third day and the deep cleaning.

The two workers (boyfriend-girlfriend couple) showed up hours late with their children that they left in a running car during summer heat (over 100 degree temperature). The excuse for being hours late was they were driving in from out of state. They demanded a tip after less than two hours of work and promised to return the next day. The next day they brought a friend and the woman and friend constantly had to be told what to do otherwise they'd disappear to use their cellphones or check the kids that were again in a running car. The girlfriend did not listen to directions well, throwing out and breaking a lot of brand new items purchased for the kitchen. Once they left, I discovered theft from where the girlfriend was located during the visit. All in all, a horrific experience. Wish I could give zero stars. I want to believe Curt did not intend for this outcome but did nothing to rectify the situation once I alerted him.
