Jeff helped us, as out-of-state sellers, oversee contractors performing significant work to prepare the house for listing, evaluate pricing strategies, and ultimately list, accept an offer, and close in two weeks - with over 30,000 online views, 100 showings, and multiple cash/no contingency offers over listing price. Jeff provided thoughtful recommendations throughout the process and was incredibly communicative - always accessible and sharing his perspective in a kind way, recognizing how delicate of a situation we were going through. I can't recommend Jeff enough if you're looking for a simple selling process that gets you the most out of your home - and I recommend him even more so if selling your house comes with nuance. He knows what to do and will guide you through it, painlessly. Thanks for everything, Jeff!
