The support staff is friendly and helpful, the hygienists and dentists have always been great, and I've no complaints. Dr. Barrett is tops. When I broke a tooth recently, she squeezed me in the same morning I called. She administered local anesthesia with no pain and put in a crown quickly with no fuss. The bite is perfect. She explained the treatment options thoroughly and she took care that I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend her.

Second, I was told that a full mouth x-ray would be covered by my insurance but they are only covered 1 out of 5 years. Office person looked up my info through MetLife and he said I was all set. come to find out it was not covered and I had to call my insurance to find out why. isn't that Aspen's job to know? He looked it up and misinformed me before the x-rays done. I called their billing office from the bill I received 3 times. 2 times I was blind transferred to the Bangor office and was told I would get a call back. The 3rd time it was supposed to be an official request for a call back within 2 business days. I called on business day 3 and was informed I was responsible for the bill. So for their incompetence by not being able to receive emails and not returning calls or picking up the phone I am stuck paying a bill because it was beneficial for them to have the x-rays taken that first appointment intake review. I will never go back to Aspen Dental again and would strongly suggest no one else does either!!
