I explained it healed but was coming back. The derm scoffed at the fungal cream I was using and suggested using a steroid cream for hives. After a week my rash had come back worse than ever. I sent pics to their email, as they suggested,of how horrible the rash was getting and never heard back. I went to another derm and he was able to correctly identify my problem as a fungal one and treated it. The steroid cream I was given was the wrong move! It's fine that it was misdiagnosed but the problem is they didn't communicate back to me at all. I do not recommend this place.

You will never feel rushed in her office. That said...be prepared to wait to see her. We are rarely seen on time. The office staff is not the friendliest. Her nurse is always great with the kids. Dr. Arline is super involved with your care so it is comforting to have her when you have an issue.
