There is store after store selling beads, some specializing in certain types and others running the gamut. This particular store only carries items handcrafted or made in Spain-- you will not find cheap Asian goods here that break, lose gems, etc. They also carry a handful of pre-made items that they've constructed such as long necklaces out of leather ropes and beads, rings, hat pins, bracelets and more. The pre made items especially are a good value; you can get a 30" long necklace, very modern and cool with sterling silver beads and perhaps stone ones as well, about 19-30 euros and handcrafted by their staff. This was by far the busiest bead store on the street when i visited today; they have a number system, so be sure to grab one near the door when you come in if it is crowded. And, much like at meal time in Spain, take your time once you are being served and have all your questions and curiosities entertained. They carry beads, beading fastenings, bead closures, leather rope, leather ribbon, sterling silver beads, glass and stone beads, and finished goods among other detailed items. If you are looking for something unique or hard to find for beading, you should try here first.

Happy to report that there are NO fees as of this writing (July 2017) to take out Euros. I can't stand the thought of paying 5€ just to use a freakin' ATM! That's a beer and a coffee right there.

I did settle and get a Juste Un Clou with diamonds and the ring to match. The service was impeccable and didn't feel rushed or forced to buy anything. It felt really good because a lot of time it feels like employees just want to make a sale. I would recommend this location because it was quirky and shopping in Spain you do get the tax back, so you do get to save a couple of hundreds of dollars opposed to buying in the U.S.

If you have any interest in stationary, like me, you could spend hours going through everything. If I ever find myself in back Barcelona, I'll wander over to this small shop again!

**December 2022: Wednesday Afternoon Visit**…read more I've finally arrived at the airport and it was time for me to change my sim card so that I could experience Europe without my carrier's international rates. Located inside the lobby of the arrivals Tech and Fly is a small shop with lots of gadgets that you might have forgotten at home as well as sim cards. My friend and I each bought the 45€ package which gave 240GB in Spain, which I'm told is quite a bit and unlimited local phone calls in Spain, . I think think this package is good for three months, which should be great if you're planning to stay awhile, but at the very least is cheaper than asking my own carrier to give me a one month international rate.
