My wife purchased my wedding band, just shy of 18 years. When she purchased the ring, it came with a verbal lifetime cleaning service. After almost 18 years, I walked in, asked if they still honor the verbal commitment to clean my ring. I walked out 20 minuted later to a beautifully restored wedding band. Rant: Believe me, I'm not one to usually write a negative review, but I hope to help others avoid the same repulsive experience that I recently had. Do not go to Gold Rush Jewelry. Today, I went into the store to use the advertised service of "ring finger sizing" (Something that almost all reputable jewelry stores offer) I found it amusing that they openly offer "free ring finger sizing" but yet rudely turn you away if you're not explicitly confident on purchasing from the store! After I politely explained my situation, I was insulted with remarks accusing me of being rude and greedy for acting upon a 30 second service that they openly offer. The salesman accused me of stealing from his business by asking for this advertised service, and ended the pleasant conversation by essentially telling me to piss off in a sarcastic tone. Will never be returning to this store, and I would highly recommend doing the same. If you enjoy rude and arrogant customer service, this is the perfect place! read more

Someone said super friendly...? Complete opposite. Snobby and snooty maybe. I'd like to find a jeweler in town to adjust one of my bent prongs holding my diamond, but I'd never return here. I'm sure my diamond is far to small for them to deal with. Both the man and woman on two separate occasions treated me as if they were better than me, and as though they didn't want my business. Just not into dealing with stuck up, snooty, saditty folks that really have no reason to be. Ur not attractive, ur clothes and personalities-are basic, and big deal u own a jewelry shop in Murray, KY. BIG DREAMING there. Lol. It's bum F'd Egypt KY. No one gives a shit. Lol.
