Steve gets on to tell me hasn't even attempted to get started on it yet. I'm like you told me it would be ready the last time I called. Then he asks me if there was a special occasion or something like birthday or something coming up. Ummm do what?? Why do I need to have a special occasion for you to actually do the work you promised to do?? So it only gets expedited if there is a special occasion? What a waste of 4 months.
