I had no expectations going into the session, but I can definitely speak to the power of the healing practice. Everyone's experience is unique, but I personally felt lightness and physical tingling below where she placed her hands. Weeks before our session I was experiencing significant anxiety, and by the end of the session I was no longer feelings the impacts of stress. After it was over, Candace explained her experience as the Reiki master and provided me insight based on what she felt on her end. For anyone who has never tried it before but is curious, I would recommend that you try it with her!

I don't usually leave Yelp! reviews, but I have been impressed so fantastically by my session with…read moreCandace, that I was motivated to leave one. So, here it is... I had my first reiki session with Candace about week ago. I walked in not knowing exactly what to expect. The previous weeks (if not months) before my reiki session, I had gone through personal stress and lots of emotional pain. The kind of pain that hurts so much, that you feel there is nothing anyone can do to help. During my reiki session with Candace, from the beginning I felt a soothing feeling throughout my entire body. A healing from within so peaceful, so powerful and so gentle, that it's like I had always felt that well (strange, I realize). It was a feeling of perfect wellbeing. To my surprise, this is something that has not just lasted during the session. For me, there has been a residual that has left me with a clearer state of mind throughout my waking hours. As I write this review, I look back at my past few days after my Reiki session with Candace and even at this present moment, and I realize that my day-to-day tasks are literally more manageable and attainable. At first, it just seemed like finally things were turning out more in my favor. But later, I realized that my new-found clearer state of mind and my focus, had allowed me to get more things done and to see opportunities were I wouldn't see them before. This is a great feeling indeed!! Candace is kind hearted and a genuine healer. Her nurturing energy will stay with you even days later while you find yourself leaving a review late at night on some website. The more I think about it and her healing energy, the more it makes sense... I mean, what task could be more noble than to dedicate one's life to improving the lives of others through reiki?! - I appreciate her kindness and her willingness to offer her nourishing innate healing talent! It is not common for me to write a review, so I feel fortunate to cross the path of people like herself. For this, I am deeply grateful! I wholeheartedly recommend a reiki session with Candace! It will be worth every penny and second of your time. She truly is a reiki healer. Plus, we can all use a little boost or "reset"...we all deserve wellness and safety! - ASOMBROSO DE VERDAD!!! (did I mention she is bilingual in Spanish?) :) De corazón, muchas gracias por tu healing "touch", Candace!!!

Rachel gave me the energetic reset I desperately needed!…read more Going into a session with her, I didn't know much about reiki. What I did know is that when I met Rachel, I was immediately drawn to her energy--she has a calmness and peace about her that's really rare in LA. She's clearly doing something right. I followed Rachel on Instagram for a while and some of her lessons really spoke to me, specifically about protecting one's energy and setting energetic boundaries. After a stressful and exhausting week at work, I reached out to Rachel for help in setting those boundaries. Our session was virtual and I had no idea what to expect. She began the session by asking me about my goals and areas to focus on, then she explained to me what she was about to do. As a newbie, I really appreciated her bedside manner in guiding me through the process! Then she had me lie down and close my eyes and she played soft music and began her energy work. Throughout the session I felt very relaxed, though present and in my body. Afterward, I immediately felt lighter--literally, physically lighter, as incredible as it sounds--like I was finally able to let go of my frustration and anxiety. Here we are a few weeks later and I'm STILL feeling calmer, less stressed, more capable. Rachel is very skilled at what she does and I look forward to our next session!

I've always had an open mind to Reiki but never had the chance to try it and WOW I'm so thankful I got the opportunity to have Symona guide my first session for me! She provides the most welcoming and tranquil experience I could of ever asked for. Her presence alone is so calming and warm that there's absolutely zero way you won't absolutely love your experience with her. The overall atmosphere just feels like such a safe place and the minute you're greeted you feel as though she is your lifelong friend. The actual experience with the Reiki was mind blowing to me!! I didn't exactly know what to expect first going in but after Symona explained in depth to me what the session would entail and the different things I might feel or experience throughout it, we got started and the ONLY downside of it all was that at some point it had to end. Never in my life have I ever felt so grounded and calm and truly at peace. When the session was over I honestly felt like I was floating out of my body, it was WILD in the absolute best way possible. I've been searching so long for something for myself that allows me to practice some "me time" where I can just completely relax and do something to connect to myself, forgive myself, love myself~ Safe to say I've found it and it is my new favorite thing! I'm so excited to do more sessions with Symona in the future. If you're debating giving reiki a try~DO IT!! Your experience with Symona will be like no other! Thank you Symona!

Tucked away in the coziest, bohemian-esque nook of a sweet nook, you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. A mindful and informative breakdown of what your appointment will look like kicks off the time, then it's to the table you go! Soft, instrumental music playing from a speaker lulls you, while the familiarly comforting scents of incense and palo santo paint a nurturing mood in the room. I felt oh so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep, with an eye mask over my face and a fuzzy blanket covering me. Symona encourages you to "just be," which serves as an undermined reminder in today's age. Connecting with her really reminds you to slow down; that it is more than all right not to be "on" all of the time. The session itself seems so quick perhaps because of the calm atmosphere around you. She also offers both hands-on and hands-off style of reading your energetic channels, which is thoughtful for a teacher who wants the best for you. What I also appreciated was her nourishing language throughout our conversation. I matter of factly inquired which chakras of mine were blocked, to which Symona mentioned that nothing is in fact "blocked," the word itself suggesting that an area of the body and mind cannot be healed, when it can. Any and all of us can improve. My solar plexus and heart chakras were the most effected, yet she softly urged that that is not to say they will always be that way. With Spirit is one special spot for chakra-balancing and healing, what with such a caring mentor leading you through the experience. This dear healer has such a gentle persona and talks to you as if you were a lifelong friend rather than a "client" or "patient." She truly, authentically cares about one's sacred self and their mission to improve, and you can read that through her clearly. Nearing the end of the time, she suggests to lay for a couple minutes to let the reiki integrate, which is when it ends all too soon! What a sanctuary of peace and quietness she provides; you don't want to get up! If you are looking for a time-efficient, serene, and thought-provoking way to wind down and tune in, turn to With Spirit. Again, you can sincerely tell that this one of a kind healer works with her heart on her sleeve and pure compassion. Whether she is using a tuning fork (my favorite part!) on your knees or handing you fresh water in a welcoming white cup after your session, I can guarantee that one feels safe and sound in Symona's expertise. :-) P.S. You'll sleep like a baby that night! As she instructs, stay hydrated and eat healthy afterwards. Thank you with the warmest regards, Symona! Reporting live, feeling aligne
