We lined the larger driveway with a small retaining wall along my neighbors side. Everyone of his guys are cordial and they all seem to work like a well oiled machine. After having other companies to give estimates I'm so happy we decided on pure! Everything came out so perfectly we've already contracted with them for a new built in BBQ and firepit this spring. Perhaps it was their first job with me 4 years ago but I have learned a lot since they came and…read morewent. They did paver walkways and around thee pool at my house. The mistakes and poor workmanship are far tooo many to list here. They didn't even use polymeric sand as they were supposed to for the entire job. They did not lay a concrete foundation for the pavers, drilled holes for the pool ladder in the wrong spot requiring me to buy a new ladder, and there is much much more. My neighbor had recommended them but has now cut ties due to another job they screwed up. NOW, about 4 years later (the problems started at 1 year) I have to hire someone to power wash between my pavers, reset many of them and properly install the polymeric sand as should have been done at first. The pavers are tilting away from the walkway and the whole area that was not properly installed (most of it) needs to be re-done. Unless Corey has learned since doing my job how to do this work professionally, I would stay away from him. When confronted with the workmanship he was hostile to the point where he was intimidating and just stuck with the fact that he underestimated the cost. Now after all this time I have finally gotten the gumption to tell the story as it was. I have photos for proof of how he left the property. So, should you decide to use this firm, learn first about how it's supposed to be done and them watch and make certain they do it correctly.

Their attention to detail was spot on. Dan was easy to work with. He listened to our thoughts and added his own wisdom and experience to create a custom plan for each bathroom. Mainly giving this company 2 stars for two reasons: they charged me 80 dollars just to come give…read moreme an estimate... which they put in fine print and charge at the end, so it feels very sneaky and dishonest. And also why am I paying someone to come see a job and talk about paying them more? And secondly, they quoted me 16,600 to build a 6ft wall and doorway in my (finished) basement, and hang 4 doors (which they decided they wanted to make smaller and take apart in a pretty much finish basement.... Which is pretty obscene. I've done a lot of work in past so it's pretty high up there. Would've given zero stars if I could, but one star would only be for the gentleman who showed up (and just works for the company and doing his job) was very nice and personable and also seemed knowledgeable. And I'm sure he is not the one making this huge upcharges in work. But overall I wouldn't recommend and also felt it was weird and sneaky to charge me after the estimate 80 dollars to come to my house to talk about the job. The company should be paying their workers for their time, or have them disclose and ask for the payment when they arrive so I could have the opportunity to decline. So for that alone it reflects as dishonest.

WHAT????? $700 for a few door locks and dressers mounted to the wall. Do yourself a favor and run from this company. This is criminal what they just did to my family. Zero stars if possible. They bait you in by not telling you clearly how much it costs or what will get done. Afterwards I was told it was going to be $1550 to have the tv mounted as well. Find a real handyman and stay far away from this company
