My wife's mother recently died. Now, with the events that had happened, he claimed that the bracelet was only worth less then 400 dollars. His reasoning was due to the bad economy. This jeweler insisted that I cancel the transaction and told me they could not do it, which I know for a fact is false as I have also sold on the website and buy hundreds of items a month, a few of which get cancelled by the seller. Michaels Jewelers has continued to refuse to cancel and refund my money, even though they have acknowledged they do not have the item. My only hopes of getting my money back are the third party site or my credit card company, wish me luck and don't make the same mistake I did.
