I was surprised that the jeweler did not realize that when the claw was soldered on that it extended the length. I returned to the store a few weeks later to have the bracelet shortened because it kept slipping off and was charged $55. The new soldering was rough and not secure which caused the chain to break a few weeks later. I did not know exactly when it broke and therefore, I lost it.
