Action Mechanical was quick to come check out and check our furnace that wasn't working during a…read morecold spell. They troubleshot that motor blower was bad, after new one installed furnace still wouldn't work, our heat pump needed replaced, they said we could use the electric coils on emergency mode to run furnace until heat pump was ordered. We had to insist they check out heat coils before they left to make sure we had heat. they checked we didn't. they left without us having any heat. We called another business who found a couple of limit switches were bad and they replaced them so we could have heat without using emergency mode until new heat pump arrived. So yes that new blower motor did keep us from freezing after another company had to replace 2 limit switches but now we have $450 blower motor that doesn't work with new heat pump system. dissatisfied with lack of experience in troubleshooting. After talking this over with them they gave us a small discount but didn't accept they had done anything wrong cause the blower motor was bad. We won't be calling Action Mechanical again.
