There's a large gravel parking lot surrounded by mature trees; makes it feel like you're in a wooded area. Inside, the shop is filled with colorful women's clothing and accessories like bracelets and soaps. There are positive/upbeat sayings throughout the store to encourage customers to have a good experience. The clothing is probably geared towards working women who want something nice to wear either to work or during their precious down time. Due to the limited size of the shop, the clothing that comes in is limited in quantity, so getting to know the owners and when new shipments come in might be to your advantage to be able to pick up something in your size. Okay, I am relying upon my wife's opinion on much of this review, so I'm supposed to mention that the individual brands that are carried vary widely on how true to size they run. Fortunately, the owners are familiar with each brand well enough to know the differences and can help you find a size that works best for you. My wife ended up buying three tops while there, so I think she really liked it. Prices seemed pretty reasonable on most of the items too! The business is located in a converted home with its own parking lot behind the building. After parking, we were directed to walk around to the front which has multiple steps even though there is a perfectly good ramp on the backside. My wife, who was using a cane asked about it and they only let people in wheel chairs come in and out of that entrance. I found that to be inconsiderate. Sure, most of their clients are in good shape if they are runners. But for us, it wasn't a great start to our experience. Inside, the space is small, but tidy. There were several racks of women's athletic wear and some accessories near the front check out counter. I will say that they woman working was otherwise helpful in finding something for us and since she was wearing some of the clothing herself, it was easy to see how the fit of the garments looked. Because it is a specialty boutique that carries quality clothing, the price was a bit of a shock to me. However, my wife didn't bat an eye because she informed me that the prices were what she expected. I defer to her expertise in these things. Tom Killian started as a plastics teacher at Ben Davis. While there he created a pencil for a school fundraiser that could be bent into a shape. Now his family owned business makes 1,000's of shapes of pens and pencils as well as carrying 100's of additional products. They mostly focus on orders for companies, imprinting each item with the companies contact info and brand messages. Tom also loves being a guest speaker for schools and other organizations. I believe you can set up a factory tour, but only certain types of groups.

Right now they are filled with Valentine and Easter items. I'm here for a sympathy card and they have a decent selection. It's always difficult selecting a sympathy card as what can you say to comfort your family or friend. Hopefully a card will let them know you're thinking of them. Items range from holiday items, stuffed animals, sports themed gifts, home decor, collectibles, gift bags, wrapping paper and so much more. I enjoy browsing the store for new arrivals.
