She apologized and said that we may wait a little bit. I told her it wasn't a problem because we knew they just opened a couple weeks ago. We had a very nice conversation with her, our waiter came took our drink order and our hot pot broth order. We placed our order for hot pot and barbecue shortly after that and then after that things came out very scattered we got the things for the hot pot however, not for the barbecue and the waiter seemed very confused on whether we had even placed a barbecue order which we did. Throughout our meal, we did wait considerable amount of time so if you were in a hurry or in a time crunch, I would not recommend you go. I do love that they have recipes for different sauces. You can make from their sauce bar. I thought that was interesting cause I haven't seen that before and for folks that have never been to hot pot. You're really not sure what kind of sauces you're gonna like. When we looked around other waitstaff was smiling, and their customers seem to be taken care of well. I didn't notice anyone else waiting for food the way we were. I will admit that was a little frustrating. I'm not sure if our server had other duties in the kitchen. There were times that we didn't see him for like 20 minutes. I definitely do not want to give a bad review because I'm not sure of the circumstances with the server. I will tell you the food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. I did not feel rushed quite the opposite I think we were there a total of about two hours, maybe 2 1/2. While I was eating It seemed like the restaurant wasn't extremely full however, as we were leaving, I did notice a line, but it was hidden from view which I think is a great thing because I did not feel so rushed towards the end of our meal. We did order rib and never got scissors in order to cut the rib up I definitely want to recommend everyone try it. I think hot pot and barbecue together is a little too much food for us. Just remember that this place has only been open a couple of weeks and before posting any negativity remember that they are still trying to find their groove. I will say it's good to have one here in Morgantown. We used to have to go to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania give it a try and don't be shy.

All in all I'm glad I stopped here! I came in, and immediately I was told to sit wherever I like. I chose the bar, even though They don't serve or have alcohol in the restaurant (But they sell it in the store). My server was a nice younger gal and took really good care of me throughout my entire trip and even chit chatted with me for a while here and there. They have so many good things on the menu that I wanted, especially biscuits and gravy, but I want to no carb kick So I had to stay disciplined! And I tell ya it was hard! I ordered the hot wings. I asked my server if they were breaded, but they're not they're naked and that's exactly what I wanted. They came out super hot, and we're really really good. I followed it up with a two pork chop supper and green beans. The pork chops were a little smaller than I was expecting, but it was still a perfect amount of food for me. They were boneless, tender and moist and my green beans were not too bad either. Cute little restaurant, this looks like a local diner because I noticed a lot of townspeople inside eating every time I went in or went by. I'm glad I stopped here! I'm fighting myself not to go in and get breakfast. I just went in there and bought coffee, but I'm afraid if I go in there I'll give in and eat carbs! Thank you for the stay Little Sandy's!
