I just arrived around 2:15 to drop off a box to return to Amazon and the employee Emma (there is…read morenot a name tag, so she could have been lying; she is a short blonde white girl with glasses) told me that she will not accept the package because the box is open. When I showed her the paper with the label that I printed she lied to me that the instructions say the box has to be sent covered up (the paper does not say anything about that). When I told her that the box should be accepted she immediately became very upset and began telling me me verbatim to get out of her store, and when I asked her to repeat it so that I could record her she threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave and she told me she did not care that the store cameras were recording her. I left the store and I will not be returning ever again. I am a Hispanic person and did not see her treating other customers nearly as rudely. I noticed that all of the white people that were coming here to drop off their items were trying to return open packages and she accepted them without issue, she is a racist woman and it is unfortunate that my child had to witness this issue and the 10 costumers at store. They rejected our paper because they said their insurance company would not allow them to use our paper, it had to be the printer's own paper. Ok. Then we asked for a quote on pricing and it seemed that it was such a complex ordeal just to create a particular font and print a set amount of copies from the text that we supplied. In the end it came out to a ridiculously expensive quote that we decided against. We went to another company and they were able to do the job for about 70% less than Blairsville Printing's quote was.
