    Friendly staff who meet all my printing needs. This was my first visit, but some were repeat customers and were greeted by name.

Moreover, I was told that I would be charged $200-$300 and was charged upwards of $600. I was also told that my items would be reinforced with tape and professionally packed and everything came destroyed and broken. I have over 20 pictures that I will be posting online (see here), as glass and razor blades came flying out of the box and all of my personal items (even a bin marked *important) were shipped in the same box as breakable toiletries. I've had to toss almost everything, and what I still have left wreaks of nail polish. The owner of this business had the audacity to call me a liar when I had a complete inventory (that I provided) of the 9 items I left at their store, and I only received 8. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. One of the employees actually told me that it was not necessary for me to speak to a manager because they wouldn't help me. Are you kidding me right now? I am beyond appalled and have no idea how this place is still in business. They run their operation like a complete shit show. I was offered $200 but was not offered a refund or any sort of genuine apology. I'm mostly upset that my claim was not taken seriously, even after sending these 20 photos to the owner. This is completely unacceptable. Any business with clout would be appalled if this happened to one of their customers and would offer a full refund without a doubt. At the end of the day, they promised me professional packing, and you can see what I got, on top of an item being missing. It took me over 3 hours to clean up this mess.

    The response from the owner is a categorical lie. No expletives were used by either party and no…read moreparty was called any names ; the owner is clearly embellishing (lying) in an attempt to try to deceive anyone reading the review. I don't deny I was upset, because the owner, who was immediately belligerent and unprofessional, left the shipment sitting on the floor rather than give it to the FedEx driver! Furthermore, the shipment was prepaid! She had an opportunity to correct her employee's error, but chose instead to make a bad situation worse by summarily REFUSING to follow through with shipping the item because I questioned the inaccurate information I was given when I dropped off the shipment. The FACT IS, the original employee (who was ACTUALLY THERE when I dropped it off - the owner who fabricated the response WAS NOT THERE when I dropped it off) told me the tracking info would uploaded. To anyone reading this review, you will have to judge for yourself. Please read my original review. I stand firm by it in good conscience; it is 100% accurate. I WAS THERE on both days - the owner WAS NOT and ADMITS IT in the response.This owner is dishonest and unprofessional and is using LIES in a futile attempt to deflect from her failed management of the situation and belligerent behavior. Please consider taking your FedEx shipments to Dollar General or Walgreens where shipment acceptance information (which can be critically important when meeting a shipment deadline) will be immediately uploaded upon receipt - as it should be in 2023. Please avoid Mailboxes Express, where they are stuck in 1975 and aren't secure enough as people and business owners to respond to a legitimate shipping concern from a customer without going berserk.
