Now for what I ate: Crab salad with red berry vinagrette. Delicious and great way to start the meal. Not too fish and loved how it tasted with the strawberries. Baked vegetables "escalibada" served with cold pork meat and king prawns. - If all vegetable dishes were presented this way I would be super skinny. Wonderfully flavored and beautiful. Pigs trotters with fresh seared foie in Pedro Ximenez sherry reduction - Rich and decadent but delicious!
