Although our heat pumps were originally purchased and installed by Gammon's, this was our first full annual maintenance under their service program. We had expected the work to occur in early fall or mid‑winter, but due to a high volume of emergency heating calls, the company requested that we defer to spring. While the delay was understandable, it highlighted the importance of strong scheduling and dispatch coordination. During the visit, Tyler and Aaron identified several condensate drains that had not yet been tied into the sewer system and completed that final installation step. This proactive work likely prevented future moisture‑related damage to walls or flooring, and we are grateful for their diligence. Their problem‑solving skills, tenacity, and customer‑focused approach stood out and gave us confidence in the long‑term reliability of our equipment. We did choose to upgrade to a more comprehensive maintenance plan and look forward to having our annual service scheduled just ahead of the winter heating season.
