They would tell me they had "unused hours" at the end of the month but would not fill them... In other words, I was paying for nothing. They offered to write blog posts for me only to hand over AI slop that had not been proofed for errors and inconsistencies. When I confronted them about it, they offered to let me out of the contract if I was willing to sign an NDA. I told them I would be willing to sign if they were willing to reimburse me for one month; I think that was a bargain. They refused... That led to this review.
