Review Update - September 2026…read more I originally gave Romeo Production (Los Angeles, CA) 5 stars in August 2025 because I was very satisfied with the website design and work completed at that time. However, my experience changed afterward. On August 25, 2025, my website, www.thelittlecampusllcbooks.com, became inaccessible and returned a "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" error. At the time, I did not fully understand the significance of this issue. In 2026, I discovered additional concerns with my website's email configuration, including the use of third-party domains such as lawpromo.com and mg.lawyerwebdirect.com, changes to the Reply-To settings, and email authentication problems such as DKIM PERMERROR and SPF NONE. Contact Form emails were also consistently delivered to Spam. I also found that although the website server remained the same, the Mailgun sending IP was different from the one shown in my 2024 email records. These configurations appeared to have been implemented or maintained without prior explanation to or consent from me as the website owner. I contacted the Project Manager of Romeo Production requesting an explanation of who configured these settings, when and why they were changed, and the related configuration records. After I raised my concerns, the From address was changed to website@thelittlecampusllcbooks.com at my request. However, I have not received the complete explanation and documentation I requested regarding the previous configuration. I am updating my original review to accurately reflect my experience as the website owner. I am selecting one star only because Yelp requires a star rating to post a review. I would not give a star rating if Yelp allowed me to post this review without one.
