Too little too late
I sent my bike to Goe Powersports in Angleton, TX for repair work. The work was supposed to take 2 to 3 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks, I was told by the lead technician, Gabe that he would need the third week, but that all parts had been received. At the end of the third week he said he was swamped and would need a fourth week. At the end of the fourth week, he said he would need another week. He had not begun work at that point, so I told him I was coming to get the bike and take it elsewhere. I said I would still buy the parts, because even if I decided to do the work myself I would need them. His reaction was kind of "oh well, I have lots of work". When I arrived I found out that not only was nothing done, but that the parts had not even been ordered. I met with Joe, the manager, who wanted to know what he could do to make me happy. I told him all he would hear from me in the future would be the Yelp review I planned on writing. He offered to order and send me the fuel petcock for free. It came 2 weeks later. I do appreciate the gesture, but it was too little, too late. I will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. Their lies cost me a month of summer riding time and I cannot forgive that. read more
