He had been active in our treatment for decades. He honestly had become a bit of a father figure to me. Reading these negative reviews are usually based off of one bad visit. Understand that no practice is perfect and sometimes calls slip through the cracks. Additionally I can't speak for many of the other providers in depth as I see Dr. Mikhail 99.5% of the time. The office staff to include his nurses are awesome and have always been cordial and professional. If he were to retire I feel it would be difficult to find a provider to fill his shoes. Take it from me who's family is a psychiatric dumpster fire. They helped us and will continue to do so. Thank you.

The one complaint I have is it can be hard to reach the front desk, but if you have a medication emergency the after hours or ext. for Dr. Lane is always available.
