Joey was my barber and I'm sure everyone in this establishment is as great. They did a really awesome job with my fade. Highly recommend this place! Make sure to book an appointment via their website or call! read more

I had to leave this place a long time ago, mainly due to how much these guys would charge for the simplest haircuts! $40 for an average haircut here!???? Compared to any level barbershop that's even just as good should be considered grand theft for establishments that give service like this. Sadly that's not even the end yet cause plus you still need to tip them just for me serving good etiquette as a client. It shouldn't be all that bc it doesn't equal the low demand given to customers. Don't get me wrong they do a pretty precise job here at Godspeed, but I can still find much more barbers who would do the same for surprisingly way less! It's honestly even more terrible for the other people writing bad reviews due to the barbers having major inconveniences! Mainly due to low demands & bad service! In easy words, a 3 star is the perfect solid reputation it deserves ONLY bc they cut surprisingly really well. However, little do ppl on here know, ESPECIALLY to those giving the overrated reviews is: ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY to those employees! That's the main code or philosophy going on here! read more

Carlos is by far the best barber I have ever encountered and will continue to give him my business as long as he's here. Timely and never done me wrong for whatever I asked when it came to cutting my hair. To top it off he's a great chill person you can have conversation with so it doesn't seem like the haircut is a drag. I suggest you guys books with him if you come across this barbershop. read more

I hate that I'm writing this review, but after what happened today I have no choice. Booked a 5:15pm child's cut appointment in advance with our favorite barber, Josh (he's still our favorite and this in no-way reflects on him). Arrived early and were eventually told that Josh injured his hand and wasn't there, but they'd still honor the appointment. An HOUR later they started our 9-year old's cut. We were asked if we wanted his hair lined-up. We said no. Next thing we realize, there's a straight razor being taken to the side of our son's hair. When we've told Josh not to line it up, he skips the razor altogether. The haircut looked nothing like the standard cut we've always gotten at Godspeed. To top it off, this barber charges more than Josh so that was the final blow. $40 for a kids cut, an hour after the appointment and not listening/understanding what we wanted done. I tried not to be a B**** and run straight to Yelp, so I called the shop. The first person I spoke with was so apologetic and kind. I wasn't trying to get anything out of complaining, just wanted to let someone there know about our experience. Then, the phone was given to the guy who cut our son's hair. He was condescending, rude, kept trying to talk over me and said he didn't line anything up and basically told me I was the one confused about what I saw. I told him that his attitude really made me want to leave a review, and he told me to go ahead and do what I needed to do. So here's your review, sir. If you had just been a little understanding I would have been over it. This place was our go-to and we will not be coming back. Because of this guy, Josh lost a client. read more

I recently took my boyfriend here for a cut. Entering the shop, he had a Snape/Edna Mode hairstyle going on LMAO. We were looking to get his hair cut short for easier maintenance. He was pretty worried coming in just because a lot of barbershops (that we've encountered) don't really know how to handle long hair and he was afraid of getting a messed up cut. It was unnecessary worries though because this place is pretty trustworthy! Everyone here seems very close to each other, kind of like a brotherhood. I could've sworn almost every client that came in, the barbers here greeted them like old friends. They also have some pretty cool, quality merch if you're interested--minimalistic design. read more

Been getting my haircut by Jose for a long time. He always takes time on my hair and beard, and makes me feel like a million dollars when I leave. Vic and the rest of the dudes at the shop are all great barbers and incredibly nice guys. For you gentleman (or ladies) who are still stuck in the 19th century: Any good barbershop requires an appointment. They have a website that makes it easy to book with the barber of your choice... If you decide to walk into this place with no time to wait and no appointment, you will probably leave without a haircut. Every time I'm getting my haircut I see some clueless person walk in thinking they can get their haircut on a whim, that only works at classy cuts. read more

I have 2 boys and they prefer having their haircut at a barber shop. Finding one with a walk in is imposible. So, I booked an appt and they were seen right away. He took his time and did a really good job. My boys were pleased and would like to come back. I like that you can book appts online. read more

I would highly recommend booking an appointment in advance which can be done Online or by Phone to ensure a spot. This location is a very upscale barbershop. The atmosphere is very comfortable with chill music playing and a clean environment. Vic really takes attention to detail to another level and will make sure your happy with your cut. It goes beyond a regular cut with mine having a straight-razor detail and even a hot towel. Check out the website for all services provided and book an appointment. Awesome barbershop, will definitely come again! read more

Pulled up. Went inside. Clean place. There was a lady waiting. Probably waiting for the 2 kids that were getting a cut. I asked if they take walk ins. They said yes but quick to say they were booked. No one else in the shop waiting. Huh? Ok. This also happened to me a few months back. Last time I walk in this place... read more

I made a appointment the day before for 3:00 got there at 2:55 and was waiting for an hour. The guy who was scheduled to cut my hair come and tells me oh sorry I didn't realize you were here waiting. I guess you have to yell your name when you walk in cause nobody greets you when you walk in. They cut hair really good but they lost my business never going here again. read more
